I have been coming to see the Aquasox for as long as I can remember with my family and also with just my Daddy. One time I heckled Sosa when he was stuck here when the Raineers he was stuck on for a bit were traveling (and he wasn’t allowed to go with them for some reason), because he was suspended from the Mariner…
… AND THEN he looked RIGHT at me because my seats were front row home plate … and his next hit was an OUT THE PARK, GRAND SLAM! Best time ever! I don’t take credit for it of course buuuttttt… hahaha JK 🤣
But I ALWAYS have an amazing time and love being surprised or plan for the special even or freebie nights. I love that they support Pride month & LGBTQIA+ and EVERYTHING local.
The park is always clean and very family and little kid friendly (aka lots of ways to burn off that kiddo energy in bouncy castles and slides and fields to run in for free). The food is a very nice wide variety beyond belief, all together to view, and VERY ballpark reasonably priced. Huge variety of beer garden beer too!
If you sit in premiere section you have an awesome person that can grab food and beer for you if you like to avoid missing the game.
All in all a great family fun or date night tradition or one-off for anyone if any age for any week or...
Read moreGoogle maps took me thru a neighbor hood route off of Broadway to get to stadium which led to no vehicle access. I found the exit to the drive thru parking lot testing and drove down it in spite of do not enter signs cautiously passing 2 vehicles who were driving up the narrow exit just so that I could get an actual visual clue of where and how i was going to get to this testing site because there were no signs pointing me to COVID 19 testing drive thru entrance . The Google maps directions left me in a state of huh? Does the stadium have eye-catching enough signage to lead visitors to the Broadway entrance? This is what happens when driving solo, getting close to COVID 19 drive thru testing appointment to an unfamiliar place, and relying on phone app to get me there aptly... It was frustrating. Didn't pay enough attention to any signage because I'm going with the app. Should have checked the map and understood how I was going to get there so I wouldn't let the app mislead from an obviously correct route. I will chill now and do...
Read moreI go to Everett memorial stadium on Friday for those Friday night lights, looking for something to do in the fall on a Friday night why not catch a high school football game and cheer on your local teams? Between Henry M Jackson Timberwolves high school (4A Wesco) cascade Bruins high school (4A Wesco) Everett Seagulls high school (3A Wesco)
Theres almost always a game on Friday night during the regular season and the updates they have done to the stadium over the years really brings it to life with the digital scoreboard, the new turf among some of the other things.
It's also a great place to catch other high school events depending on the day & season. & then there's always aquasox games which is a great way to get that baseball ball game feel without having to fight Seattle traffic or pay Seattle prices. & you never know when you might witness history like the Broadway homerun when travis Snider knocked one out the park all the way...
