Taqueria Loma Bonita — Restaurant in Everett

Ive been coming here for years (like years and years) and have never had a bad meal or bad customer service. Theyre amazing. You can tell how much they care about their business by how much they invest in decorations and making it lively and comfortable. I now live in Portland and cannot find a comparable restaurant from the Everett area to the Portland area with such good burritos, tacos, horchata, everything. They are family owned, from Mexico, which I love supporting. I only come here once every few months, but everytime I come, they somehow manage to improve it vastly above any business I have ever been to. They obviously put their heart and soul into this place. GOOD food. Reasonable prices. First time we went we ordered Pollo als crema. OMG. What a wonderful surprise to and old favorite. Not swimming in sour cream, but with a creamy real cheese sauce and lovely grilled onions. I ate it like fajitas in tortilla. They subbed salad with avacado for rice and beans. Yum. Others got the shrimp fajitas, (generous portion, twice what she expected,) beef burrito and carnitas shredded pork. Every kind of meat we got it. All beautifully cooked Delicious 😍😋❤️. I stopped in for the first time today. I am always hunting for a great torta, and I definitely found it. I had a carne asada torta. I added cheese and cilantro. It is now my #1 favorite (in Washington). The lady that was at the counter was so nice! The green hot sauce in a bottle is so flavorful. I'm going back to try more items for sure. In my opinion it was better, faster and cheaper than the other taquiras that are close by. I am saying this for the torta specifically.
