I just moved into the neighborhood, and I needed an affordable refrigerator fast as the unit in my new home was not working properly. I wandered into Quality Household Goods and got an awesome used Kitchen Aid fridge at a great price. They delivered the unit for a very reasonable fee, and even hauled away my old broken appliance. Delivery was prompt, polite, and professional.

They specifically asked me about my doorway size in advance to ensure that delivery would be smooth. Well, I measured wrong. I was very embarrassed, but they calmly handled EVERYTHING. They had to take off the doors and wheels to get this bad boy into my kitchen, which they did very quickly and kindly. Then, as an added bit of excellent customer service, they went through and tightened up the door handles and made sure that everything was in tip top shape.

I have purchased a washer and dryer, a stove, and a dishwasher all from here. I just recently had our dishwasher stop working. and I tried to fix it myself. I failed! I remembered the owner said he fixes everything he sells. I guess it was 4 years ago now, so I gave him a call. The first thing was I was happy him and his family still ran the store. Number 2, he still does fix his goods, and finally, number 3. Not only did he fix it, but based on what I calculated to try and fix it myself, he was able to save me money. The owner backs up everything he sells as he told me and he proved it 100%. I love mom and pop stores, and this one saved me a load of time and money. Bought a dryer from here in December, by January, the dryer stopped heating, they came out and fixed a couple of parts and the dryer worked...for about a week. So they came back out and exchanged the dryer for one like it but different manufacturer. The new dryer is now having issues, it takes 2 cycles to dry a very light load and the lint catcher isn't actually catching lint. We are very frustrated and will not be contacting them as we are going to go buy a Brand new dryer. The customer service is pretty good as they were out to our home pretty quickly to deal with the issues, and that is why I give them 2 stars. But other than that, I wouldn't not recommend them and we definitely won't be...
