Hardee’s — Restaurant in Evergreen

Nice and friendly staff that does a great job, as far as I can tell, in keeping the floors and counters clean at all times, latrines are always clean and have napkins and soap, they keep the sitting area for customers cleaned up and cozy enough to at least sit there long enough to eat and maybe mingle a little, and they always, at least have the appearance of, maintaining clean and safe work stations and shift tools. I love their coffee, but unfortunately hardly ever get any. I'm usually going right before or right after drinking a cup. However, 95% of the time, I am headed here for one thing, and one thing only.... That is for one of their breakfast platters. I really like ham breakfast platters most, but usually I just get the sausage platter. Their breakfast platters come with hash browns, egg, a meat of your choice, and a biscuit and gravy. Sometimes, hardly ever, but sometimes, they are out of the gravy for the biscuit and if you allow them then they will replace it with a bowl of grits which are also pretty good. However, the one platter I thought I would like the most is the pancake platter. Definitely not the case. If I have a choice, I choose the pancake biscuit over the pancake platter, hands down with no hesitation. But neither are worth it. They are good no doubt, but only good as in maybe on a weekend morning when you are making a breakfast meal at your house. They are not worth the prices in any kind of way in my opinion. One last thing to conclude my review, is that, well, there is handicap accessible parking and entrances in which you can access with no problem, but one last opinion as well is that I wish they offered a bowl of oatmeal with sugar and cinnamon, or even a bowl of cream of wheat along with the breakfast platters. That would be perfect and I would even pay an extra 2.5 to 3 dollars for the platter, which would still be under 10$, and still be just as happy as ever if...

I love to stop by Hardee’s when I travel . The fried chicken is amazing. I was telling my friends about it so we stopped and got a 10 piece to go. As we drove up to pay and pick up she had no clue about tbe order. Then when she kept asking my friend kept saying . Just a 10 piece box. When we finally got it the bill was over $20 . My friend Driving just paid it. I said this can’t be right. I looked in she had put 2 orders of biscuits and chicken.i went in to return biscuits and they couldn’t figure out how to return the money, then another came in to straighten out her order and they said we will get your because no mo ey changed hands with them just wrong order. By this time I had been there 10 minutes. There were 4 people just standing around. The manager I assume, was just standing there so I said can you please help. We need to get on the rode. I was not rude, that I can promise you, she just turned her back to me and tbe other 3 just kept on talking. By the time I got back in the car it had been over 20 minutes. I am letting you know because I have owned several businesses and I have never seen such rude people mainly the manager . The others just watched her. 20 minutes to get 10$ back and Hardees has always been my favorite. I was so sad when it closed in Fairhope. Ate there several...

I ordered the 4 for $6 that is currently being offered. I was told the restaurant was out of bread for the burger and that they only had two drink flavors. So I ordered a drink, fries, and two chicken sandwiches. I was charged $8.74. I got to the windows and was given the spicy chicken sandwiches and a drink with no ice because they were out of ice as well. I asked about the fries not being in the bag. I was told they were not rung up and that they would cost and additional fee. I asked could the order be rung up correctly with the promotional price since that was what I requested. I was told that it could not be corrected and that there was nothing else that could be done expect pay more money. I asked for a refund. I was refused a refund from the manager on duty. I was told that they could not give a refund and I was given a phone number and name of the district manager and that I would have to call them after 5 to get a refund.
