Our order was placed at 12:06pm and was scheduled for pickup at 12:16pm. We arrived at 12:26pm and the order had not even been created yet. The drink machine was broken so there were only bottled water. When I arrived at the counter the cashier told me that I would have to wait because there were others in front of me. That completely defeated the purpose of the order ahead via the app.
Our order was not completed until 12:41. Once we sat down we were missing the extra dressing we ordered, an order of French fries and the cookies. I had to make four trips back to the counter each time waiting patiently to grab the attention of one of the workers. When I alerted the cashier that we were not given the order of three cookies, he promptly walked away to take another patrons order at the register. I asked again, and he gave me a cup with two cookies, and then went back and completed the next order at the register. I was so confused I didn’t even know what to say. I patiently waited again until he finished the order and asked for another cookie. He gave me another tin with two additional cookies.
The restrooms were very disgusting with no toilet paper. Probably one of the worst expletives I’ve ever had at a Zaxby’s. Please have management come in and provide training for the employees. Employees were all disrespectful and rude to everyone. One of the workers came over the intercom and asked everyone to be nice and there were “more of you than there are of us” - that’s basically every restaurant ever. And she asked everyone to have a better attitude.
They were very obviously more concerned with the drive through then they were with the persons inside.

Remind you that there was know one there so we did not really have to move. So we waited 2 or 3 mins maybe less. And before she handed me the bag before I put my hands on the bag I Said oh which sauce did yall put in the fried mushroom she said ranch I said instead of ranch can I have zax sauce she well since it's already pack we can't take it back you have to buy one I said we'll I guess if that's the sauce my son wants so I guess I have to buy him one so I said I will come ro the door and get 1 she said no come back through drive thur and you can buy one so once again I'm back in drive thru and I gave her .25 and she said this not a quarter I guess somewhere along my traveling I received a quarter that have been abused so she came back and said the bank want take this I need another quarter. So I gave her 2 dimes and a nickle.. I was going to burger King but I decided not to because if everybody in evergreen act like they did I don't want know experience so I jumped back on the road and left. So I took the survey immediately and it said do you want to be called back I said yes so I thought cooperate was going to call me back it was the same pregistis lady she said you just going to get me so ain't no need for you to call cooperate so I hung up and type this. Read moreStopped in to get some food as we were passing through as Arby's is one of our go to places to eat, However this location has changed that due to the unprofessional attitude of manager on duty and employees, I was shorted a side order of French fries, a meal order of French fries and two salad dressing for a salad, when inside my wife asked for the French fries a certain employee stated that they had given the to us which was not the case so they gave us the French fries we had paid for, when my wife came back to the car we checked everything else and the salad dressing was missing, so I went in and asked for the manager on duty explained the situation about shorting us these items as most zaxby double check the orders (not the case here) I was asking for the salad dressing that zaxbys forgot on my order, the manager on duty was unprofessional, employees laughed and mocked me!! Zaxbys also had the original receipt which I ask to please have back and the young lady was nice and gave it too me, the manager on duty this nigh has ni clue about customer service all the manager had to do was give me what we paid for nothing else, instead I received bad attitude and terrible customer service. Date of service was 11/25/2023 6:27 pm this zaxbys will cease to exist if you allow your employees and manager to act in such a way that no one wants ro come in!!
