Taco Bell — Restaurant in Evergreen

We previously went to this Taco Bell regularly but will not anymore. When questioning whether we got our whole order, the person whom I'm assuming was the manager acted like we were trying to steal or something. Ripped our food bag from us and proceeded to open our food show it to us and shove it back in the bag. They had not given us all of our food in the first place so they gave us the rest of the order and our drink cups. Tried to get strawberry lemonade but that's not what came out of the machine so I went to the counter to let them know and they tried to blame corporate for not sending their stuff. I took one sip of the lemonade that came out of the machine and I can taste the dirty machine, it tastes like Bacteria, the baha blast had the same dirty flavor and was watered down. Once we left the store and looked at our food we realized that the burritos and tacos hardly had any filling and no sour cream (which we pay extra for) Overall this is probably the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had and I worked in food service for 15 years. The one gentleman who was actually helpful was given attitude by the manager when he tried to explain things. We visited on 2/14/25 at 3:44pm, so not even during a rush and we went into the restaurant to order and wait for our food. Overall super disappointed and wish we could get a refund for our...

REVISED This location is open regularly, finally! Some of the best Tack Bell the family and I have ever had. The new manager there has REALLY turned things around here. Congrats!

Great location for a Taco Bell, but it is NEVER open.

Their business hours show 11-2. Haha, not a joke though. But, we stopped by at noon today, 5/11/22 and obviously it is closed during their whopping 3-hour window of business.

We ate here ONE time (and we enjoy Taco Bell for what it is and we live close by). The employees were great, the food was better than any other Taco Bell we have ever tried, the place was clean and set up perfectly.... I asked why they were never open and all the cashier looked me dead in the eye and said "Management" and nothing more, with a stern look on his face.

Just take your signs down and permanently close this Taco Bell already!!! All you do is get peoples hopes up for some quick, moderately good American version of Mexican food.

It is kind of an ultimate version of false advertising... because ALL of their advertising at this location is false, because it is...

I wish I could put -5 stars. I will never go back to this location. I will drive to Golden if I have to. That manager needs to be fired. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life. I bought a "freeze" from this location not a week ago, and I tried to buy one today, I asked SO POLITELY, and at first he responded "Yes!!!.....I mean no, the machine is broken.. it's been broken for 3 months" Wait, what???? How is that possible when I have been buying one at least once a month since I moved to Evergreen in September??? On top of being incredibly disrespectful, he failed to explain anything to me and denied me service when I was also going to buy a meal for my family and myself. Ya lost us as a customer 100%. I wish I got his name but he wouldn't tell me. Red flag much???? I almost went inside to look at his name tag but I felt unsafe, so I just left.

PS: I was the ONLY customer in line outside and there was nobody inside to distract him from simply answering my questions. Why is he a manager??????...
