This is a very nice little coffee shop however there are some problems that I think should be addressed:
There's only one person working there even when it's very busy and second person is needed.
Because there is only one person working, there tends to be a ridiculous long wait for all customers in both the drive through and at the register.
There is only one register when there should be a second one by the drive through window. The poor girl working by herself is already scrambling to serve all the customers at the counter and the drive through window. Having only one register adds to her burden and customer wait time.
Food items frequently run out before the lunch rush is even over. Whoever is responsible for stocking supplies to make food does not restock often enough. The last three times I went here they were out of everything to make sandwiches and wraps before 12:30pm.
TLDR: you need two workers during busy times, get a separate register for the drive through and restock food supplies more often or send the second worker you hopefully hire to the store when...
Read moreThis place is really nice. I told the barista I wasnât a coffee person and they replied with their most ordered seasonal drinks and had me at Eggnog Chai Latte. I got mine with light ice and oat milk and boy did they understand what light ice meant. That was very much appreciated. The drink had the slightest eggnog taste which was good and not overpowering. I asked if they had breakfast options and they began to list them. I went with the egg, cheese and sausage burrito. The burrito was tasty minus the salty sausage (which is where they lost one star). It was properly filled, so I didnât have so much empty tortilla left over. They asked if I wanted salsa or avocado, which I wouldnât have known to ask since this was my first time there, but passed on both. The baristaâs personality, knowledge and fast service was one of the best Iâve ever experienced. They did note that I just beat the rush, so the wait for my drink and burrito was less than 5 minutes. I may have to make a trip out here occasionally to try their other...
Read moreThe absolute worst watered down coffee. Donât order a house coffee. When I ordered a regular house coffee I wanted room for cream, the medium cup was filled 95% and when the cream was added I noticed that the coffee turned WHITE. Iâm a truck driver, unfortunately I have a 4 hour layover in this town, going on 3 years now. The cream and watered down coffee tasted exactly like cream and water. About 2 years ago a got a medium mocha coffee, the mocha coffee is basically powdered hot chocolate with watered down coffee, youâll notice the powdered chocolate on the inside of paper cup. They charge the same as Starbucks. Donât waste your $$ here, just drive 3 tenths of a mile east on main St. there are 2 gas stations, their coffee isnât watered down, and way less $$. I will never never never spend another cent in this place. People who wrote great reviews are extremely close to this place or just understand âthin coffee is awesomeâ. If you love âThin Coffeeâ this is the place. If you want coffee that can wake you up, head...
