I recently visited Chick-fil-A and had the pleasure of being served by Tyler. I must say, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to his exceptional service.
From the moment I walked in, Tyler greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel welcome. His positive energy was infectious, and it was clear that he genuinely enjoys his job and cares about his customers. Tyler went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. He patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even offered insightful recommendations that turned out to be spot on.
Not only was Tyler incredibly knowledgeable, but his efficiency was also impressive. Despite the lunchtime rush, he managed to keep the line moving smoothly without making anyone feel rushed. My food was delivered promptly, and it was hot, fresh, and exactly as I had ordered.
What truly stood out was Tyler’s attention to detail and his commitment to making my experience memorable. He checked in on me multiple times to ensure everything was satisfactory and if there was anything else I needed. His courteous and friendly demeanor made all the difference, turning a simple meal into a delightful experience.
In a world where exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, Tyler at Chick-fil-A is a shining example of what great service looks like. His dedication, enthusiasm, and genuine care for his customers are truly commendable. I left the restaurant not only satisfied with my meal but also uplifted by the outstanding service I received.
Thank you, Tyler, for making my visit to Chick-fil-A an unforgettable one. I will definitely be returning, and I hope to be served...
Read moreOn November 5, 2022 between 3:35-3:40 pm, I had ordered 2 combo meals. I had requested both large sized combos, however that is not what I received. I received 1 medium and 1 large meal. I did not initially notice the mistake because I had been handed the bag first and then I had been handed the drinks. I only noticed the initial mistake as I turned onto Route 73. I was a little irritated, but was able to accept the mistake being that I was only charged for 1 medium combo and 1 large combo, but when I got home, I had realized that I had been given a Coke zero instead of my requested cherry Coke. The slip on the bag clearly said cherry Coke. I don’t know who the young lady was that made the drink, but she was petite, blonde haired, and she was wearing a different shirt compared to the rest of the employees (almost like one of the shirts that managers wear).
I am not sure exactly what has changed in the past 2-3 months, but the quality of service AND order taking has gone down both in the early morning shift and the lunch shift. Whatever they are doing differently needs to stop and they need to hire new managers/employees because CFA in marlton on Rt 73 just isn’t “ it” anymore…..
The evening shift was great. The last time I was there, a young gentleman, by the name of Myles was very nice. He was very friendly to my children. His work ethic was very strong, and I hope there is a promotion in that young man’s future.
Until significant changes are made, one star rating, it...
Read moreOn food alone, it is a solid fast-casual eatery.
You know it is actual meat cut from the carcass of a chicken:
There is a huge bonus, in my opinion, for not offering the highly questionable ground up "meat" that most similar establishments offer. That factor alone causes me to choose Chick-fil-A over any other fast-food eateries when an acute need to eat on-the-go is called for.
If you follow me on google, you will notice the majority of where I eat includes a variety of dining establishments. Most of the places I decide to eat at are official restaurants rather than fast food spots, and mainly because I prefer higher quality ingredients over cost efficient ones. So outside of any of my personal beliefs, I choose to eat where the "meat" being served is not mashed components of what may or may not be real chicken.
I also went on a personal fast food test to see which eatery offered the best* mac and cheese. Thus far, Chick-fil-A far exceeds the taste, texture, look, and smell of any of the other places that I tried.
*places referred to are relevant only to drive-thru fast food 'restaurants,' and does not include any diners, mac and cheese only restaurants, food trucks, pop-up shops, and/or traditional restaurants where mac and cheese is an option...
