Lost my business as well as my coworkers after today's experience. Changed my 5 star review to a 1 star. We ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, caesar wrap and cheesesteak. Took 55 minutes to get delivered .7 miles from the restaurant and the food arrived cold. the romaine lettuce in both wraps looked like it sat out for a week too long, it was wilted, slimy, and overall just looked like it was taken out of a trash can.. After speaking with staff to voice my concerns I was told "it was fresh this morning, I checked myself, there's nothing wrong with it; lettuce turns yellow with heat; just try it, you'll see its fine". I've had plenty of wraps from here as well as other restaurants and have NEVER seen lettuce look like this after being "cooked", with or without buffalo sauce being a factor appearance-wise.. I grew up on a produce farm, I've seen my fair share of lettuce in general and it's clear to me the lettuce used for our order today exceeded its shelf life. In addition to the nasty lettuce, the chicken in the wraps was mostly fatty pieces, fries were way over cooked and basically just hollow potato straws, ice cold by the time they were even delivered. Seriously disappointed.. Mostly with the customer service, the less than satisfactory food we received this time could've been forgiven had they just offered to try to make it right. Will take my business elsewhere from this point on. But if you've read this whole review and are looking for recommendations, mine would be Danny's Tomato Pie on Parkway ave,...

This place has managed to piss me off every time I’ve eaten here, and my last and final visit was no exception. I ordered something that I thought would be simple and impossible to screw up – a mushroom and cheddar cheeseburger. It took them 30 minutes to make the food, I received what looked like two frozen burger patties slathered in cheese whiz with canned mushrooms on top. I attempted to take one bite but there was so much cheese whiz on the burger that it slid right out of the saturated bun. My dog has puked up things that look more appetizing than this. The waitress was informed of my dissatisfaction with the burger and she immediately offered to bring me a new one. Unfortunately, I was on my lunch break and I did not have another 30 minutes to wait for them to cook a new burger. They still charged me for the food and I only managed to choke down one bite. I’ve tried eating here on several occasions and every single experience has been horrible. It’s a shame; they have potential to be a great restaurant if they could manage to get it together. I will not be returning here again because I’ve given them more than enough chances and they still continue to fail. I would give a rating of 0 stars, but unfortunately this is...

Got a margarita pizza, mozzarella cheese sticks, and tiramisu.

The pizza is obviously one of the easiest, and yet still the hardest you would imagine to screw up. They didn't, the sauce was robust, while maintaining the linger of acidic bite,

The cheese of highest quality, almost sinewy in texture, but luscious milk flavor.

Savory sprinkles of basil throughout each bite.

Cheese sticks, pretty basic....these are often never made in house, so I won't go into detail. You know what you are getting.

The tiramisu....this is certainly made at location. The mascarpone cream, delectable, the lady fingers completely immersed within the solution of expresso, you can taste the bitterness still.

They have even managed to have the nectar of this treat to marinate it just a bit more when you get it.

All in all great...

The service here is very good, both as dine in and take out and staff are very friendly. For take out, the delivery is very fast. I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and the fries were a little underwhelming for me. Very thin, not seasoned well enough and not crispy. The sandwich was decent, good portion size. I ordered a "make your own" pizza so the flavours were good but the crust was a bit soggy and I had to use fork and knife to eat it. This is definitely better than the average fast food place and I would come back here but I wouldn't make a trip out here specifically for it.

Great Chopped Antipasto Salad (see photo). It's big, with lots of fresh cut meats and cheese. They will gladly modify it to your tastes, e.g., no onions & no olives. It's way too much for two people,; so, we take it home to enjoy another night. We usually go for the old-fashioned, thin crust Tomato Pie. YUM! We come from about 40 minutes away, but it is well worth it 👌
