Hello I'm regular customer that goes to your Dunkin for past 3 years I go their every morning's. They have a manager name Mohsin who seen very lost and unclean. Literally He smells so bad like i can't even stand him to place my orders. He seem like he doesn't understand English at all. Everytime I go their I have to repeat myself 3x time for him to know what I want to orders. I don't understand how is he a manager with no skills it's like you put a Donkey to take that responsibility. I'm very disappointed that they have came so down. They had good experiences employes before which they replaced. He needs to learn how to speak with customers most of us don't understand him at all. We need other employees who he work with to make them speak behalf of him. Overall this dunkin could have done better inside and outside dunkin is so disgusting like floor seem like they never cleaned once in their lifetime. I'm very disappointed with manager and their teams promoting that they sell us Fresh decaf coffee saying it's Decaf but actually it's a Regular coffee. Read moreI went to this store early around 6am. Parked, I could see 2 employees in the back from the side window. After entering I waited almost 5 minutes before leaving in frustration. It's worth noting that one of them noticed me leave and did nothing. I went somewhere else. It gets worse. Left store this morning 11-28-23. Aggravated. The usual dealing with the counter person who can't get my order right. The only competent person in the store works the back. She occasionally corrects the person at the front so I don't get overcharged. This morning I was told that my payment did not go through. He wanted to charge me again. I reviewed my payment. I usually order a vanilla chai and the guy that usually works in the morning knows I don’t like the foam since the foam makes it seem like there’s more when there isn’t. Now I know they rotate people and that’s fine but when I asked the woman to add more vanilla chai she added coffee. Now I didn’t notice until I got to work and I had to go back for them to make me a new one. She makes me a new one and again it’s full of foam and it looks like I have a medium vanilla chai not a large.
