Tried a new dumpling place recommended by my friends! The boba was amazing, and the pork buns and soup dumplings were pretty good. But unfortunately, the service was really disappointing. I wanted to order boba first, but the male server insisted I check off everything on the paper menu. I explained that I just wanted my drink first and needed more time to decide on food. He ended up putting in my drink order. When I later ordered pork buns, soup dumplings, and spicy noodle soup, he completely forgot the noodle soup. He asked if I wanted to pack up the leftovers and keep asking me to bring me the check…only then did I remind him I had ordered 3 items. He looks so confused and realized his mistake then so he apologized and said he got confused. I pointed out that I followed his instructions and still didn’t get my full order. What’s the point of having customers fill out their own order if it’s not handled properly? Also, the restaurant only had 2 occupied tables at the time, so I don’t understand why I was being rushed to finish and leave. The food, drinks, and location were great—but the service really needs improvement.

update: as expected, yes, the pickup experience here is much smoother! finally got my hands on some wok fried veggie rice with no soy sauce, and it's delicious! maybe I'll be able to enjoy this eating inside someday 2 months ago~: was pretty excited for this place but if I can't get correct orders, an interesting menu becomes a lot less appetizing. Asked maybe 3-4 times for just a fried rice with no soy sauce? Still got it with soy sauce... and I can see on my receipt, my waiter didn't even bother to mark it for no soy sauce anywhere. If I weren't starving, I would have sent it back. Took it to go home and hopefully wash off the sauce myself later. Might be best to only do pickup orders here if you want to customize anything, because all the options I'm looking for are definitely on their little digital kiosk in-person and online. But the front desk tells me those options are not in their system??? Whatever. If you don't have an item available, that's okay! Just inform the customer in advance, before giving them something they didn't ask for.

Pretty yummy dumplings! I like the pork soup dumplings, despite other reviews I think they had a great flavor. The wrapper is a little thick but it’s the normal thickness for US bao. The veggie pan fried dumplings were also delicious, didnt taste like I was eating veggies. Had a lot of flavor and I loved the ginger sauce it came with. The bao chicken is a huge plate of pan fried white chicken chunks that were huge and hot. Very fresh, had a goopy sweet and slightly spicy sauce on it. Came with 4 pieces of broccoli and white rice. I got an iced tea boba with strawberry popping boba. It was huge! And I loved the popping boba, and they were able to do no ice and no extra sugar. The only negative was they charged extra for the chili sauce, and we didn’t know that because we only looked at the white menu where you check off your items but it’s on the other menu, $2. There are a couple tables inside, it’s a cute place and I would come again!

Didn't believe the 1 star review on this place due to poor service, but it truly does deserve a 1 star, but it has potential so I will give it a 2. The waiting staff is confused and disorganized from beginning to end. They have 4 waitresses, more than enough to cover the small dining area. They forgot 2 things I ordered, ended up cancelling one of them. The waiting staff is constantly at the front counter staring at order sheets, like the dish will serve themselves. The soup dumplings are good, but the dumpling skin is a little thick and easily breaks when taken out of the tray. They don't provide a tongue for the dumplings, so you better have good chopstick skills. They provided weird house sauces but not the traditional black vinegar and ginger. Boba milk tea is on the sweeter side. This place has a lot of potential but is far from being in the same category as the amazing dumpling spots that's already well established in North and...
