Overall I'm very happy with the customer service and the prompt yet skillfully done frame replacement. Their repairs are guaranteed for some time after purchase Incase there are issues you run into involving the repaired part.

Took my moms phone in because it wasn’t charging. They told us it was broken, and that the back plates were coming out. They “fixed” it and i picked it up. After i picked it up, it started turning off spontaneously. Went back and complained and they said a bunch of parts were missing from the phone, from when it got repaired another time. They told us it wasn’t them who repaired it because they would have never let it leave with missing parts. BUT THEY KNEW IT WAS MISSING PARTS WHEN I PICKED IT UP YESTERDAY. Wouldn’t refund us for “fixing” the phone. Went by AT&T and was told by someone that they worked there and they seen phones leave with parts missing etc. They told me they didn’t repair it a year ago but they did. I needed a replacement battery for my aging Logitech Harmony 1100 remote. Yes, I do use apps to control my electronics but at times prefer the ease and convenience of an infrared remote. After searching on line for the correct replacement and getting " cannot ship to your location messages". I gave up and contacted local Batteries Plus store. The store associate was very helpful and offered to order the battery because they did not have it in stock. The battery arrived on time as promised and matched exact description of what I needed.
