Food was great thank you so much! Should really remove the $15.00 uneaten charge and allow the customers to take home their leftovers so it doesn’t go to waste.

Restaurant’s Reply: … The reason there's a $15.00 uneaten charge is so customers don't over order than what they can handle when eating all you can eat. Unfortunately some may take advantage if this rule is not set in placed. This is a common practice with all you can eat and buffets.

My response: This is an unpopular practice in Asia… Not in America 🇺🇸 the other person ordered only 2 things off the menu and unbeknownst to them, an excessive amount of rice was put into the food which resulted in them getting fuller faster and was unable to finish his last few pieces. The point you totally missed about all this was the part about being wasteful, yet you use a “common practice” trying to get more money out of the people for it. If you wish more customers to continue frequenting this spot, you need to remember what country you’re operating in. In all of my years in Alaska (and I’ve lived in Asia for several years too), you’re the first ever restaurant to apply a $15 uneaten charge here. Common practice you say? It’s actually and FACTually not especially in Alaska. You simply brought a very unpopular practice from another country and trying to normalize it here and in turn take advantage of the customers and counting on them not to notice the excessive rice ratio you apply...

Asiana Sushi has been my place to go for Sushi in Fairbanks for 2 consecutive years. It was the only sushi Joint I fully enjoyed in town. However tonight was a terrible experience to dine there. The All You can Eat Sushi was unbelievably spicy and when I informed the waitress she totally ignored me until the waitress brought another round of sushi and we told her again that the sushi was not this spicy in previous visits and that triggered a nasty attitude from her part. Granted it was 9p.m when we arrived there and this time it was a different older lady waitress. She urged us to finish the food quickly, she brought the check and was not afraid to ask, " Can you pay now" while standing there waiting for our bill. Not to add the bill was over $116.00 and we were treated like we were begging for food. I was extremely courteous and respectful for I used to work at a restaurant and no matter what time it is, and the circumstance, the customer or the consumer always, always has the last word. Truly disgusted with this place. Not going back. BTW the 2 stars are divided by the quick drinks to our table and the attention our three-year old received, but hey, we were the only ones there and I wouldn't...

If I could give zero stars, I would. The food so SO bad. I've eaten plenty of sushi in my life, some bad, some good, and this is hands down the WORST place EVER. The sushi they served my mom and I made me want to puke in my mouth. The fish itself tastes and looks like it had veen sitting out in room temperature for a long time. They gave my mom a baked salmon roll and it smelled rotten. I didnt eat it but my mom did because it was an all you can eat. I told her not to eat it and I'll pay the $15 charge (if you have 3 or more pieces on your plate you are fined) What was also bad was the customer service!!! I wanted to give the server the benefit of doubt because she obviously doesn't speak english well, but she never asked us how the food was, didnt even give us side plates that we could put our disgusting sushi on, and she disappeared after giving us water once? And she looked really angry whenever we did see her. Can we get a food inspector over here please? Better yet, please just...
