Unfortunately I need to update my post because in today's world I don't feel like I can even return my drinks when they aren't made right, mind you I buy the same thing Monday through Friday even have my metal cup that re-freezes my ice coffee when the 2 to 3 shots of expresso melt my ice ( which I'm totally fine with) however 1 shot wouldn't melt it as much as 2 or 3 would and it basically has zero ice in it, taste like the coffee mix, the milk, the syrup and the 1 shot of expresso, regular cup, my 2 shots of expresso never re-froze and it doesn't take it but a 5 to 10 minutes to freeze back up again instead it's still just the drink minus the ice, just so the weekend crew know, regulars know their drinks and how they are suppose to come. Sad I feel I can no long ask for my drinks to be fixed but still continue to give my change to the tip cup or tip the regular dollar, I don't wanna stop coming and getting my drinks but why keep wasting it, also no attitude would be nice when I have to ask for a topping to be added and have to hand my drink back, I ordered it at the speaker the exact way it would need to be for you to hand it out and send me on my way, put it on the ticket incase the second headset person is to busy and and missed it, it's never listed on the ticket with the rest of the order and then they get mad at me for asking for it to be put on top like I already didn't ask at the speaker, weekday crew though usually gets it right there's a hit or miss, don't stop going and don't take what I say into account as yall being patrons, this is the only way to tell them hey for a long time your weekend crew messes up way more than the weekday crew please look into this for future quality control, I thought about calling but as an ex fast food worker that doesn't usually do any good especially cuz they are likely to be busy when I call, and I don't want to pull them away from the customers I work in customer service and my customers and the quality in which I serve them and the quality of their product are my biggest focus without my customers we wouldn't have a need for the work I do so from one to another I would just like yall to please look into it, I love my local dunkin and my daily ice coffee, would love to come through on the weekend or evening and get the same drink I get in the morning or afternoons that's all I'm sure others kinda expect it to be made the way its suppose to be made close to most of the time and if it needs altered let the customers know let us pick if we change it up, this time tho it's made wrong both of them are I went through twice both made different and wrong so I know for sure they didn't use the right amount of ice but if you ask for the regular amount they always over pack the ice and make it diluted not seeing a win win here when I go out and buy a cup the fixes it when you use the...
Read moreEnjoy wasting your time? Love throwing away your hard earned money on sub par quality items? Enjoy waiting in lines like it’s your second job? Then this is the store for you! I used to genuinely love dunkin, but this store has single handedly ruined that for me. I go to this particular store strictly out of convenience because I pass it on my way into work. Every morning the line is over pouring into traffic and people are pulled up to the lines waiting for items. Every morning I am asked to pull up to the lines and wait for an item. Every morning I am disappointed. You would think being pulled up and asked to wait several minutes longer for your food or drink, they'd bring out stellar quality, right!? My loaded hash browns barely have a dollop of queso, one large undercooked strip of bacon or several burnt tiny pieces. My whip is flat on my drinks. My coffee tastes burnt. But this was a new low. This was the straw that broke the proverbial camels back. I was pulled up and asked to wait for a medium iced chai tea. After waiting about 3-4mins..I was brought out a cup about 3/4 of the way full. Now Im no mathematician, but when a cup is already mostly ice..and then its only 3/4 full..Id venture to say I probably got close to 1/4 a cup of actual drink. And I paid $4.89 for this and waited extra time. The convenience is just not worth the waste of the time, waste of money and added frustration I feel every morning. I will just go out of my way and go to Starbucks, because Starbucks...
Read moreI frequent this Dunkin' on a daily basis as I live less than five minutes away and I am a DD rewards member.... with that being said, I walked in and stood at the counter awaiting for someone to take my order (there was an employee sitting in the lobby on her phone) and no one came after 5 minutes....although there were guests being served at the drive thru window and another gentleman who came inside, after being in the DT line, to get a pup cup. I made a note to tell the server that they should get a bell for the door ( did I mention there was an employee in the lobby who locked eyes with me) and she stated that the register down at the other end was closed: THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF ANYTHING!!!! I have noticed that staff frequently changes and, here lately, they seem to look down on folks with dark skin. I may have to find another DD ....or start making my own at home. ( my sister interview here as well and she got the same feeling...she wasn't hired either.....and there aren't any dark skinned folks who work/have worked here....not unless they were "zesty" ....there was only 1 last I can recall in 5 years) SHAME ON YOU DUNKIN DONUTS FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISCRIMINATORY STAFF SELECTION!!!
