6/3/24 Update: Thank you for the follow up to my review to go to your website to submit this feedback. You give the same feedback to all the negative reviews posted but I still see a common theme for this location. This is very disappointing to see the experience continue. Hope you can take a more proactive approach to mitigate these issues, I foresee this location closing down sooner than later. FYI - I’ve already sent the feedback to corporate on the website and selected this location. No response was provided even though I left my contact information and requested follow up. At this point, I do not want to waste my time anymore on this matter. I just know that I will never go back to this location again. Apparently your google review post gets deleted when I update my feedback but you can clearly see my updates.

5/31/24 - The service is very poor at this location. We walked in Friday evening around 630pm for dinner. It was pretty empty (and probably for a good reason). After entering the front door there was a sign to sit yourself so we did. We sat down for 15 minutes and had to scan a QR code from the table to order. We placed our order and kept on waiting. No server or anyone has even come to our table and it’s been 20 minutes. Luckily one of the workers who was cleaning the table behind us walked by and I casually asked about service. She was surprised no one came to even give us water or give us a plate with utensils and napkins. She was nice enough to do so and then told the assigned server to come help later. We waited another 5-10 minutes for our food to randomly come out one by one. My kids (5 & 7) are starving at this point and I was frustrated about the experience so far. The wings were overcooked, dried and had way too much sauce on there. We didn’t get our whole order and I had to walk to the bar area to let our server know we had missing things. Also got the wrong sauces that we paid extra for. We quickly ate what we could and had to pay via our phone and we were kind enough to tip the default min. 18%. Our server came over once to our the whole time just to ask if we need anything. I went to get my own to go boxes and more napkins for my kids to clean up. We left quickly after without anyone even caring. It felt like the workers didn’t even cared there were customers. The food and service was very subpar. Even the McDonalds next door has better service which we’ve been to several times. This will be my first and last time at...

If I could leave no stars I would. Party of 14 came in on Saturday night 03/25 @ 7pm. The group sat at 7pm and got some beers by 7:30. We still hadn't received drinks (waters and sodas to the table) till about 8pm. By this time our table had been waiting for 1 hour and we were unable to get ALL our drinks or ORDER our food. 8:15 rolls around and we see our very frustrated and overwhelmed server working the floor by herself. She's communicating and apologizing for the inconvenience, ok we get it! no biggie. So we write our food orders down on a receipt and give it to the server so that she can put in our food. We've been there for 1hr 15min and still have not ordered food.. by this time (8:15) I still have not received my drink. Disaronno and coke!! THE SIMPLEST DRINK TO MAKE. STILL HAS NOT CAME OUT. the server asked the bar 3 times!!!! NEVER CAME. We also ordered a strawberry lemonade with a shot of patron. The shot glass that was served smelled like expired bleach!!!! when bringing this to the attention of the manager on duty he was completely dismissive and on more than one occasion PLACED BLAME ON THE SERVER!!!!! It was saddening to see the workers completely overwhelmed and disregarded. YET we first hand witnessed the manager and who we assumed to be "to-go" staff STAND AROUND and enjoy the March Maddness Game. We were appalled and had them cxl the food order as by 9:15pm nothing had came out.

When trying to pay for the drinks we had the manager still had me charged for the Disaronno and coke. WHICH NEVER CAME. and when I brought it to his attention his response was... "fine, ill take it off" LIKE SIR WHAAAT???!!

most of our table had left by 8:45pm so we were down to about 7 ppl who had ordered food. The restaurant still could NOT get it together! I hope they can fully staff this restaurant and get a manager that would actually help and support their staff. I'm so sad and disheartened that the waiter was just so completely overwhelmed and than thrown under the bus by her manager on duty. It was so sad to...

If you're a BWW rewards member then the BOGO free promotion is available on Tuesdays...for a limited time. We came for dinner and had to seat ourselves. All The employees were in a meeting next to the bar. I waved to them and they waved back. We waited for 10 minutes and then I asked for someone to help us. I waited a few minutes and walked towards the meeting. They stopped laughing at something and a waitress was told to help us. We knew what we wanted and gave her our order. My wife asked for a coffee mug of hot water with lemon. I wanted the $5 20 oz draft IPA but it wasn't available so I ordered a $3 draft. When the food came we still didn't get our drinks. I asked if she had forgotten about them. She hurriedly brought my beer and a few minutes later my wife's hot water...in a very tarnished copper mug. It looked like it was dirty. And it was half full. I asked for another one and suggested that someone should regularly clean and polish copper items to prevent them from tarnishing. Up to this point I was disappointed. The traditional wings saved the day. They were hot, right out of the cooker, slathered in the Blazing and Mango Habenero sauces and the skin was crunchy. Carrots and celery are extra and so are the dips. But that's the same in every wing place that I've been to. It was my birthday and a 6 wing plate was my present. This location has been my favorite BWW and before today I've never been disappointed. Then when I asked for the check I was asked if I wanted to pay with cash or card. Strange question to ask. I was told that the on table machines were out of order and since I wanted to use a card she would have to text the check to my phone. I think that what was disappointing to me was an isolated incident and I'll still make the 30 minute drive there. I'll never go back to the BWW near Potomac Mills Mall. It's mismanaged, the help isn't helpful, the place is old and dirty...even the restrooms need repairs and something needs to be done to eliminate the sour urine smell. And I live 12...
