• At Jimmy John's, they don't just make sandwiches; they make The Sandwich of Sandwiches. They use fresh vegetables because they don't hate salads, they just feel bad for them. Jimmy John's hand-slice their provolone cheese and meats in-house every day, because packaged pre-sliced meats doesn't have the same ring to it. And they bake bread all day, every day because stale bread isn't bread, it's... croutons. The flavors of fresh-veggies, combined with hand-sliced meats and fresh-baked bread is what makes a Jimmy John's sandwich The Sandwich of Sandwiches. • Their French and wheat sandwich bread is baked right in the store where you can see it. French bread is baked throughout the day and never served more than 4 hours old! If no bread is more your style, they prep fresh leaves of lettuce to make your favorite sandwich into a lettuce-wrapped Unwich®. All sandwich, no bread. • Their condiments are made using premium ingredients, including their own Jimmy Mustard®, Hellmann's® mayo, Grey Poupon® Dijon mustard and StarKist® tuna! • Tuna salad, Oil & Vinegar, Jimmy's Kickin' Ranch® are made in-store. Every single sandwich is made fresh for you when you order. It's been this way since the beginning.
• KETTLE-COOKED POTATO CHIPS • Their Jalapeno, Salt & Vinegar, BBQ, and Regular Jimmy Chips® are cooked in 100% peanut oil. They also offer lower-calorie Thinny Chips®. Regular Jimmy Chips® and Thinny Chips® have just three ingredients: potatoes, salt and peanut oil. That’s it!
• COOKIES • Both their Oatmeal Raisin and Chocolate Chip cookies are made with real butter, real egg and real vanilla. They use Ghirardelli® chocolate chips because even dessert should be high quality!
• PICKLES • Their jumbo kosher dill Jimmy Pickles® are crispy and delicious.
• KICKIN' RANCH® • Made by hand right in their stores, using buttermilk, Jimmy Peppers® and special seasoning. Their Kickin' Ranch® is perfect for dipping your favorite sandwich or...
Read moreI pre-ordered catering on 8/5/25 to pick up at 10:30am on 8/6 for a staff meeting. I arrived at the store at 10:40am, nobody was in the store, door was locked and order was not ready. I waited for a 10 more minutes to see if anyone would unlock the door, no luck. To avoid being late to this meeting, I had to leave. I get a call at around 2pm that day asking me if I was going to pick up the order and that it was ready at 11 (not possible considering I waited outside of the store until almost 11). I explained the situation with the employee on the phone and they then informed me that their manager called off and didn't tell anyone and that there wasn't anyone in to open the store. I kindly asked for a refund for the sandwiches that I didn't get and, at that point, had been sitting out for hours. I was told that a manager would be in contact with me ASAP to issue that refund.
It's now 8/15, I have called the store 4 times and was only able to speak with an employee 2 out of those 4 times, emailed customer service and called customer service. All I have received is a vague email from a generic 'J J Red Bank" gmail email address asking for information and the cost of the order but still haven't received a response or resolution.
This is truly some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. If the franchise owner sees this, I would love to talk with you and would greatly appreciate my $88.65 refunded...
Read moreOrdered the day before thanksgiving, and because they hadn’t turned off online ordering, my order went through. I had to call the store almost an hour later to and angry “hello?” And had to ask if I had even called Jimmy johns. The “manager” tells me they are closed, and that I had been refunded
Fast forward to 11/27, and the charge went from pending to an actual charge. I called again, had to wait for 10 minutes just for the “manager” to tell me that I can’t get my refund (not a small order mind you) until Tuesday, nearly a week later, because the GM is the only one who can do the refund. I then asked why she had told me that I’d been refunded if this was the case the previous day and she didn’t have an answer. You can’t just tell people what they want to hear if they paid for something you’re not giving them. I wouldn’t have written this review had it not been for that.
Not only did she lie the first time in what I’m guessing are the hopes I wouldn’t call again, but is now saying she can’t even issue a refund.
This is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant, and I have worked in restaurants...
