I have ordered from this NYPF numerous times and not once have I been disappointed. Each time you come to grab your food, you are welcomed with many smiling faces and the interactions with the employees make you feel like you are appreciated.
Not only does the customer service exceed expectations, but the food itself is the main reason I keep coming back. I have tried practically all of their pizzas; buffalo chicken, veggie, meat lovers, you name it, i’ve had it, and I genuinely cannot pick a favorite. Each pizza is made with care, and there is not a spot of imperfection, the crust is never too hard and never too soft, just the perfect in between, the toppings always cover every slice, there’s never too many toppings on one slice and too little on the other like I’ve seen with competing pizza places. Lastly, and most importantly, the pizza has never been soggy. There’s always the perfect amount of crunch without being too crunchy. It’s really impressive how perfect they get their pizza every time.
Where do I even start off with the subs, some of the best I’ve had. My favorite is the chicken sub. The bread is very nicely toasted with a combination of crunchy and soft, and the meat never fails to impress you. The veggies are always in good quantity, they never overfill your sub with too many veggies to where you barely get meat. I also strongly recommend the streak and cheese sub.
Lastly, I have tried all of their wings, they have some pretty funky flavors, but they are delicious. They have a garlic parmesan flavor that I cannot express how delicious it is. The usual flavors like BBQ, buffalo and so on also go without saying, just amazing. The chicken is always cooked well, there is the perfect amount of juice to them and they are always flavorful. Never have I gotten them dry, like I have with many other places.
I can go on and on about how awesome, professional and well taken of this place is, but I strongly recommend just going and trying out the food yourself, you will not be disappointed. I also want to thank Mohammad in the kitchen, he always has a smile on his face, an amazing chef, and is always happy to serve his customers. Shoutout to the owners of this NYPF for knowing...
Read moreReally didn’t want to do this as I have tried looking past it ever since, but can’t help but think about it every time I think of even going back here. I recently have stopped going to New York Pizza Factory after I was eating my food in my car out front of this establishment and saw one of the workers come outside to urinate in the tree brush out front. I watched him go from urinating outside to going back inside, watched his colleague pass him an ice cream cup, take a couple bites from it and then goes back into the kitchen. I stopped eating my food, went inside and spoke to the guys colleague about whether if the guy worked there or not. He was confused who I was talking about so I went into the kitchen and pointed him out. Mind you they were getting ready to close and I was most likely their last customer for the night, and the guy explained the bathroom was getting renovated all day so they didn’t have a place to go. But then that made me wonder if that’s what they all did all day(urinate out front of the establishment). The guy on duty in the front tried his best to explain to me and make me feel comfortable about the situation, but I just can’t. Experience has officially been ruined for me.
As they have just replied to me claiming that I’m being dishonest, but there is no lie in what I wrote. Taking accountability is important here.. I would definitely not just make this up nor do I have any intent on hurting this establishment. Just coming to a free space to talk about my recent experience after eating here plenty of times on late nights. I wouldn’t know the bathroom was recently renovated if the staff did not mention it after I was telling them that I would not be eating there anymore. And even after I said that I tried thinking about going back. But I’m officially...
