This was my first time at Pho Saigon 75, and the Seafood Pho was absolutely amazing. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and there was a generous amount of seafood in the bowl. The restaurant itself was spotless, which I really appreciated. I believe this is a woman-owned business. The lady who prepared my pho was so kind and made sure I felt comfortable. The gentleman at the register was also very friendly and welcoming. The whole experience felt like having a cozy, home-cooked meal at my grandparents’ house. I’m honestly surprised this restaurant doesn’t have more reviews. When I searched for pho spots near Fairfax, one of the top results was EastWind Vietnamese Restaurant and Noodle House. While they have more reviews, their pho was disappointing—the flavor just wasn’t there, the environment wasn’t very clean, and the food was overpriced (despite the nice location in Fairfax Old Town). Don’t be fooled by high review counts, try Pho Saigon 75 and see the difference for yourself. Great food, wonderful people, and a very clean space. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Don't have Pho very often, but I love all kinds of food and this place certainly didn't disappoint my taste buds. I do recommend their appetizer shrimp rolls, they're crispy and tasty. My server told me the Brisket Pho was the best selling and it was absolutely delicious! The service was okay, I did feel a little rushed in the beginning. Not bad at all though especially for a new place, which is why I'm leaving it with four stars. A big welcome to the twinbrook shopping center guys, keep it up!

We ordered the pho chay, and it was a hit. I'm very picky about veggie broth and the pho was so delicious, rich, and salty. I'd say, it was slightly more sour than I would have liked, but still very, very good. The noodles were generous. The only thing I'd recommend for the restaurant is to offer more basil and bean sprouts. But I'm sure you can ask. Lovely people and staff. When we came in, there was a large table of very festive old Vietnamese men. So I knew this place would be good! 🍜

Do you know how hard it is to find a good Vietnamese restaurant that is excellent in making pho, rice dishes, AND bahn mi sandwiches? I’ve been living in the dmv area for over 20+ years and I FINALLY found it!!!!

I found this place in a google search while waiting for an appointment nearby and OMG it is my lucky day. This restaurant has solid aromatic and flavorful pho, the clay pot dish was beyond comforting and satisfying, and the bahn mi was delicious. And to top it off, their iced coffee was EXCELLENT. The perfect Vietnamese iced coffee. Also, why are they so nice?! The proprietors were so sweet and this place is now our go-to favorite Viet spot.

PS. After eating here, walk over to the bakery in the corner to grab some pastries for dessert and meet their...

One of the newer pho places. I am spoiled by home made pho - flavors and freshness; and ruined by years long places that offered stale meat and bland soup. So it was a surprise to find this place offer very decent (read great) taste! Meat tasted fresh! Soup was good without the soapy or over MSGed after taste. Noodle just right, not floury uncooked. Vegies were fresh. Servers were friendly too! Disappointed that the vegies plate didn't have all the basics to add to the pho. It missed quite a few kinds, probably due to foreign (for lack of better description) dinners wouldn't eat the vegies with the pho. Took a star bc I don't think anything is perfect unless proven over time. If they keep this up and even improve, then this is a 5...
