Saturday September 7th my daughter and I came into the store and placed orders to go. We were informed that it would be a 15min wait for wings. No problem, we stepped aside got drinks and waited for food. We observed a worker in the back picking in his nose. Alerted the cashier and she told us that she would have manager address it. Shortly after I see the worker who was picking his nose wash his hands at sink. Disgusted by the whole act AND the fact that he was handling the chicken, we asked for our money back. Cashier got the manager, Sean or Shawn. Shawn did not acknowledge us at all, when I started talking to him he flat out ignored me. Even when the cashier said to him "Sean, the customer is trying to talk to you" he still ignored me But replied to the cashier "I hear her". No apology, no eye contact... nothing. No customer service at all. This is a manager I repeat. My daughter and left feeling disappointed, disrespected and disgusted. No one in there was wearing gloves by the way. But to have someone preparing food while picking their nose is terrible but to treat the customer as if they did something wrong is even worse. I am requesting immediate action against this manager be taken, he's not equipped to handle any type of conflict resolution or provide customer service.

After my first poor experience I decided to try again and get a three piece tender. Before ordering I asked how long the tenders were sitting out. I was told less than five minutes. Unfortunately, they were old and cold and were definitely out for more than ten minutes. Im assuming the lady knew, because she was hesitant to answer my question and she gave me seven tenders when I only ordered three. I feel as if she gave me extra food because she knew the quality was poor. However, I am a customer that appreciates quality over quantity. Read moreThis is a warning to anyone who orders via online order (Popeyes, door dash, Uber eats, etc) they basically will not release the order to you even if you show your receipt and the manager (rude older African guy in the back) basically blames the company and does nothing. I had to wait for over 30 min and basically had to get the corporate involved over a call to let the order through. They were not being helpful at all and I had to figure out the system on my end while getting an idiot (he screwed up and got the wrong order three times before finding the right one) over the phone to tell them what they're suppose to do. Also, the food was overcooked/burnt and when I got back to change, they basically gave me the dirtiest look and replaced it.
