Go to another Subway store - if you can! Husband came home with seafood salad sub for me. Husband immediately apologized to me that it was mostly lettuce. There were "particles of seafood salad" but sub was mainly lettuce and onions. This is completely unacceptable. So I took the sub back to the store and asked them if they ran out of seafood salad - showing them the sub they made. The employee said he put the usual four "scoops" in and that there was nothing he could do and walked away. It wasn't until the customer behind me came over and said it looked like a salad instead of a sub that the other employee nudged him to pay attention to me. So the employee came over with the tub of seafood salad and just as I had guessed the tub was nearly empty. He showed me a "scoop" and that is when the other employee showed him that his scoop was half of what he should have been giving. This was the second time a pathetic seafood salad sub from there (2 out of 2 times) was purchased. We all know that Subway subs are "bread sandwiches" - that's why Jimmy Johns and Potbelly Subs are doing so well. Management - get your act together and get your employees trained. Had the other customer not come over with interest YOUR employees were trying to ignore my problem. That treatment is intolerable. I will tell everyone to go to KINGS PARK...
Read moreSomeone hacked into my Subway App account and ordered like $80 of subs from the Fairfax, VA location. The address is 9559 Braddock Rd. Me, being shocked at my card being charged for $80 worth of subway sandwiches, called the store before the order could go through. My thought was, “hmm I should call the store in an attempt to cancel”. Someone answered the phone and there was definitely an issue with us understanding each other. I tried to explain my issues to the gentleman but he did not understand at all. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me “I just make sandwiches”. I know that the people at subway make sandwiches. He was probably rattled because a customer just placed an order for $80 WORTH OF SANDWICHES. If he would have calmed down and cancelled the order, he wouldn’t have had to make all those dang sandwiches. I tried reading my order number to him (which is C9947759-CB) and he repeated back to me a bunch of random numbers. I asked to speak with a manager and he said a lot of nonsense and then hung up on me. I’m filing a dispute with my bank, but it really would have been nice if the people running the Subway store in Fairfax, VA would have been any help at all. I live in Tennessee. They refused to help me and I really don’t appreciate it. I would expect more from someone who calls themself a...

I ordered a drive-up pick-up, and when I got home, I noticed my food was not toasted despite ordering my sandwich toasted) When I called the store, he mentioned it was toasted and just got cold because he worked on another sandwich. However, I questioned his integrity because the food was cold and not heated, and the sandwich bread itself showed no sign of being toasted. When I mentioned this, he didn’t deny it and instead insisted I talk to his manager.
After talking to the manager, she mentioned the employee "did try to remedy the situation by remaking the sandwich." I had to remind her
1)How did he try to remake the sandwich when I wasn’t at the store? 2) I specifically asked what can be done to fix this situation, and that’s when he told me to call his manager 3) There was no apology or any mention of fixing the order
They now are saying she checked the camera and it was toasted. I now continue to test their integrity and question to what extent it was toasted.
Eat at your will just don't expect them to be honest if you're not around them...
