I went inside this Popeye's on May 7th around 8:30/9pm. I ordered an 8 piece all white combo and a 5pc chicken tender meal. I got home and noticed I got an 8 piece mixed combo, not all white, but was charged for all white meat. I immediately called the store to alert them of their mistake. The manager, Carla, says to me, "Bring the order back, and we'll fix it." I would have rather her just offer me a credit, even $5, and I would've kept my order, rather than make that 20-minute drive again. She said no. She said I'm not getting anything until I bring the order and that I could just bring it back tomorrow. I asked her if she had Popeye's corporate number, and she HUNG UP IN MY FACE. This infuriated me, so I drove back to the store. When I showed up, she (Carla) never made eye contact with me. She never talked to me or even apologized, although she was extremely rude over the phone. Why would Popeye's employ someone like this? Someone who clearly doesn't understand what customer service is? They REFUSED to give me a refund stating, they couldn't find my order although I HAD THE RECEIPT and showed it to them! They said they could only replace it. What in the world is going on at this Popeye's! I never asked for a handout, I only wanted Popeye's to correct the mistake. I've had issues with this store in the past, but this by far...is the cherry on top. I will NEVER return to this store or any Popeye's for that matter. Customers were leaving because they had no chicken breasts, and their lobby was full of waiting customers while employees were on break. In addition, the corporate office is absolutely no help. I tried to make a complaint to corporate, and they said I couldn't without a receipt. I explained OVER AND OVER that the store kept my receipt, and when I went to retrieve it, the store stated they couldn't retrieve receipts. I explained this to corporate, and I am continuously unheard. I guess they are condoning this type of behavior. Well...KFC...

I was in and ordered around $40 worth of food, lots of boneless wings, and a few sides, and they said my order was done, so I picked up the bag and came home when I got home I noticed there were no mashed potato's and a gravy on the side I may have assumed biscuits came with the meal maybe not but either way I called to the store and told them they forgot a few items and she gave a slight attitude and told me come in and show me the reciept and she will take care of it but when I got there she told me that biscuits weren't included in the meals which if it was my restaurant I would've given out a few just for the inconvenience but W E. And she was certain she put the mashed potatoes and gravy in my bag now at this point what would be the reason of me returning to the restaurant if I had my complete order. forget the biscuits ! So why not just put mashed potatoes and gravy in my hand and call it a loss of $2 or whatever they cost? But no, she insisted they were in the bag, so now unless you don't mind missing items and a shitty attitude, I recommend this place they will persist for the smallest things because they are so cheap they squeak when they walk ill never step foot in this restaurant again...
Read moreTwice they screwed up my order. The week before and now today. Both times exactly the same way. I ordered chicken TENDERS. And I was given their Bonified Chicken. But that's not why I'm mainly upset... The supervisor gave me the dirtiest look when I told them they screwed up like it was my fault. He was so cock sure it was me who ordered wrong. 'Am I sure?' Seriously? Am I sure I ordered tenders? I shoved that receipt in front of his nose and told him to read what it said out loud. Without an apology, that's when the supervisor took his anger out on the employees, yelling at them as he personally stuffed the boxes full of tenders. That wasn't cool, either. He wasn't paying too close attention to what he was doing...I asked him "So which are spicy and which are not?" Without saying a word, he 're-stuffed' all the tenders, marking the boxes. Though I did appreciate the employees' sincereness in their apologies, this supervisor was a jackass and idiot. He did just enough to lose a customer for good. I'll drive an extra two miles for better service. If anyone cares, this happened just before 1PM on Father's Day 2017....
