Excellent service, it appears they have some trainees so patience is advised, we all gotta start somewhere anyways. When it gets crowded they do their best to do their job and complete all the orders regardless of the rudeness and impatience of other customers. I do advise coming 5-10 before closing if you’re running late because they start parking at that time, I mean obviously, it takes time to clean and prepare for the next day. But they also seem to follow the rules as the other areas in Giant, which close 15 minutes before 8, for the same reason. But overall, a good place, kind and great service, and really hard working employees who go above and beyond. Sometimes it isn’t the employees that’s are the problem, but the customers. The staff doesn’t know how to make customized drinks, I asked for 2% milk, she told me they are not like an usual Starbucks. I asked them to redeem my gift card, she had no idea how to do it and told me to insert my gift card into the debt card machine. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The girl taking my order seemed very confused and I had to remind her twice to take my personal cup. The guy making the drinks was even worse. Extremely scattered, made someone else’s drink who ordered after me before he made mine, handed me one of my drinks and then tried to take it back and then shoved a straw right in my face for a hot drink.
