We definitely did not have a great experience. We came around 7:30 to a not busy restaurant with a group of 7. After ordering our food, we waited…and waited until we flagged another waiter asking where our food was. As soon as we asked, he then left to check and came back with our food right away which meant it probably was ready and no one bothered to check. We were also missing multiple parts of our meals such as tortillas and rice so we had to flag another waiter to bring the rest. One person had ordered extra pico but another person had missing pico, so a waiter took the extra pico from the person who ordered it and gave it to the one who had it missing and we had to clarify again that she was missing pico and the pico belonged to the person who ordered extra pico. We were also given extra sour cream randomly that no one ordered but we thought they had put it to the side since a person had asked for no sour cream but no they charged us. Now at this point we have not seen our original waiter since placing our orders. Our food was subpar. I ordered a quesadilla which basically tasted like dough because the quesadilla was not cooked long enough. My bf’s soft taco shells were already falling apart when he picked them up hinting it might’ve sat too long before getting to us and turned soggy. Another person’s dish was also a bit cold. We had no one checking up on us, we had to constantly flag any waiter we saw for more chips, more water, etc. We really only saw our original waiter after we flagged him down for us to pay. This was a bit frustrating because we would’ve opted for dessert but the time and effort to get that was not worth it. I would be understanding if it was a busy night or short staff but the restaurant had very little people and enough waiters floating around so I’m not sure what happened and why we were basically neglected. I rarely like to leave reviews like this because I get there are off nights, but this was the most perplexing and frustrating dinner I’ve had in...
Read moreOn 7/2/25, I was dining outside at your restaurant with my three children, along with my sister and her two young children. While we were peacefully enjoying our meal, a group consisting of three women and one white man was seated two tables away from us shortly after we arrived. Our two-year-old children were playing quietly near our table and were not causing any disruption.
Approximately 20 minutes into our meal, the man in that group began shouting profanities—specifically using the F-word—directed toward our children. His behavior was aggressive and completely unprovoked. Shortly afterward, the three women accompanying him joined in, yelling and cursing at us loudly. This terrifying outburst traumatized my 11-year-old daughter, who began crying uncontrollably. I calmly asked the individuals to stop and pointed out that my daughter was visibly upset. One of the women then approached me in an intimidating manner and insisted I move my daughter closer to her “so I can traumatize her more” further escalating the situation and causing even more fear.
The entire scene caused extreme emotional distress to our children and to us as parents. My daughter was visibly shaking, and I experienced a panic attack from the chaos. We had no choice but to leave the restaurant prematurely, and the children were left shaken and frightened.
What is most troubling is the lack of intervention from your staff. Despite the hostile behavior exhibited by this group, no action was taken to de-escalate the situation or remove the offending parties. This lack of response allowed the harassment and verbal abuse to continue unchecked and reflects very poorly on your establishment’s ability to ensure a safe and family-friendly dining environment. If you are part of an ethnic minority, I highly suggest for the sake of your safety and your children, DO...
Read moreThe food was excellent! Our waiter, although not the most attentive due to an extremely busy Friday night, was very friendly and gave great service. Almost good enough to forgive the experience with the host/hostess. If I had cash on me, I would've given it to the waiter, as I am sure he had to share credit card tips. I fully expected a wait, as it was Friday night and very busy. Was told 30 minutes. After 30+ minutes had passed, I went to the hostess booth to see how it was progressing, only to see at least a half dozen empty tables open on the patio. Not just cleared off, but utensils and napkins placed. Multiple tables inside as well. Even with all of that, I was still understanding that they were busy and it may not be my turn in the queue. Then I saw it...the customer that checked in right before me, who was also told 30 minutes, had already been served their food. Our food took at least 20 minutes (not complaining about that), so if they had been seated at least 20 minutes before I spoke up (my pager hadn't buzzed, I was just getting up to check the status), why was I still yet to be seated. I didn't have a large group, just myself, wife, and 2 kids. I even agreed to take first available table. I asked the hostess why the other women got to be seated so much earlier, and her response was that they may have had a reservation (I heard them say 30 minutes). What about ALL the empty tables? Apparently they all had reservations too. I was clearly upset and she did offer for me to speak to a manager. I told her I would like to speak to him after I ate my meal. Manager never came over, and nothing was said. All I got was a lot of attutde from the hostess. I am glad the food was acceptable, or it would've made the whole...
