Subway — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

They claim to be open until 9:30pm I ordered food at 8:30pm last night, paid for my order, confirmed pick of time of 9:15pm go to Walmart walk inside and The metal gate is closed and locked all lights out and no employees in sight, I call the number givin and no answer… Says they been open since 8:30am I have called several time to get my money back for the food I never received because they were closed even though they were still taking orders online… I still can not get anyone to answer the phone! Most ridiculous subway branch in Hamilton, Corporate should do something about this horrible management clearly they are incapable of doing their job correctly…! If I could give 0 stars I would… Don’t waste...

This place is very rude unprofessional the lady work on 4/4/2023 shouldn’t have her job she hangs the phone up on people she will not help you at all she will make your order wrong and try blame you you can’t communicate anything with her she doesn’t speak very well English she is the big reason why me and my family will never come back to this location and we will tell people about the horrible experience and vise everyone to go elsewhere I would like for a refund for my order and need to hire good hard working people this place is sad it should be shut down I wish I could given this place a million negative...

Both my wife and son ate a sandwich here with ham on it and both got severely sick didnt even make it out of the walmart its located in... Others with us who didnt eat ham from this location did not get sick! Plus the cheddar cheese looked like it had been sitting around for a few hours with hard edges.. Please be aware of what they are putting in your sandwiches at this location they seem to not care what they are selling to there customers... Firehouse and Jimmy John's are very close if you want a good...
