This place is AMAZING!😍 Shawnta was so full of knowledge and helped us choose a beautiful new bed! We checked out other base style beds online, but they seemed to offer less at a much higher price than Mattress Firm at Bridge Water Falls! They also honored me as a Veteran! I'd highly recommend 👏MATTRESS FIRM!😍 Shawnta helped us choose the two single king matresses which meet the needs of both me and my husband. Our base is gonna ROCK! I'm gonna do another review once our bed arrives in two more weeks! Here's my story: Four years ago I had open heart surgery, and started sleeping in my recliner, because I could breath better than sleeping on our old 10 yr old memory foam mattress. We wandered to Matress Firm last week, because of an advertisement I saw on social media. When I saw the mattress, I was very disappointed; however a very sweet young lady offered to help me look at other mattress options. I felt like Goldilocks in the story, as I tried out several different matresses. 😅 Then I found a very comfortable mattress which I could have fallen asleep on, so I decided that was the type I wanted. Sleeping on my recliner is harming my back, I needed to find another bed. Shawnta was very knowledgeable, when she saw me lay on my side, she referred this mattress. I didn't know anything about this type of a bed, but I dreamed about owning a wonderful bed like this one day. Because I have night sweats she referred the cooling mattress cover and sheet set. With my breathing issues, I'll be able to push a button and raise up my head. She explained to me how the different options would benefit my health, so I'll be able to get a healthy night's sleep again. My husband said he wanted to check other places before deciding, so Shawnta wrote down the options I chose on case I wanted to come back. Which meant so much to me. 😊 The other places didn't offer the deals that Shawnta offered me, such as a military discount, which truly meant a lot to me. 😊 So today we went back to purchase a new mattress, base, mattress protector and sheet set. I was excited, so I texted Shawnta and let her know when we were on our way. She said our bed will be ready in two weeks! I am thrilled with the choice my husband and I made together with the help of a very professional and knowledgeable sales representative, Shawnta! Today we purchased a new bed and because of Mattress Firm, we bought our new bed with the confidence we're going to both sleep better! I would highly recommend...

Defective mattress in 1st week after delivery. Broken inner spring on Tempur Pedic 12’ Pro Adapt Hybrid. No help or representation was offered after the sale. I didn’t fault the salesman. As an honest G-d fearing man. My advice is buy elsewhere. The only help this store offers after you take delivery of defective merchandise is , “Go to this website” which is after 120 nights. I’m in my 1st 30 days. I should receive more help from the sales person. And this matter should be handled by the store at this short of period. My 1st payment isn’t even due yet… Please be careful. Not good business ethics. Can’t speak for every store or salesperson. This is my experience. My rating is fair. I was also sold a protecter. Not recommended by Tempur. They have one on it. And it hinders the mattress breathing. Be honest in business! I can’t say this about my salesman. If you have no alternative but to buy here. Ask for Wilson. He tried to help. But I bought from the manager. Whom out ranks him.

Fast forward to Today. After having to get BBB and Atorney General support. I got a refund. Was supposed to be in full per a voicemail I have saved on my phone. This is a sneaky and shady outfit. I don’t think they target every customer. I think they’re very clever on who they pick on. Usually someone with a disability (I would say as I’ve known shady people in my past life myself included. I wasn’t always fair and honest…) So I know how it works. The same mattress can be purchased directly from Temper Sealy who owns them. Also whom informed me about the protector sold me was unwise. I think the manufacturer knows best. In the end I still lost about $400 to them. After getting a full refund. They breached our BBB resolution. I think I’m done with my losses. With my horrible mattress, I’m no stranger to losing sleep, but with this upcoming mattress purchase looming over my head I couldn’t sleep a wink. There’s so many options! So many nauseating industry exclusive terms! It’s guaranteed to make your head spin.

But here at Mattress Firm Hamilton, you’ve got a life line. I met Rob as I walked in and he immediately started to eleviate my worries. He was warm, inviting, and a snappy dresser.

He explained the differences between soft, medium, and firm, and what sleeping situations they are designed for with confidence and conviction. Once we had that picked out the firmness he ran a couple options by us, showing the difference in feel between coil and memory foam, and all the variables within those options.
