Had a 9th birthday celebration here! This was one of the best decisions, and I highly recommend having your next event hosted here! We had the pleasure of Kalani host our event, and let me tell you, she is in simple form AMAZING! Kalani interacted with the birthday kiddos and made sure they all were taken care of with food choices and drinks, which was REALLY nice. Gave us time to chat with the adult guests that accompanied their children. The timing was right on from guest arrival , taking our food order , gathering up the kiddos over the PA, accounting for everyone, food arriving hot, and enjoyable to all. Not only did the kiddos have an enjoyable time, as did the adults! Some of the items we ordered: Of course the Pepperoni pizza, you have to try the BBQ chicken wasn't dry, very tasty , veggie and cheese for those who aren't fans of Pepperoni or chicken. The Korean BBQ wings come with celery were pretty good as well. There is that salad bar that looked really fresh, crisp, and well tended to. When it was time for the cake, it was brought out everyone engaged in the Happy birthday song, which was really fun for all. I also noticed Kalani was also using ASL, which was super cool.. She then again right there cutting, serving and interacting.... The man of the house, Chuck E Cheese himself, visits each birthday table for individual greetings and pictures.. Service and all was great for a kid's birthday party, they call them back to the table when it's pizza time and again when it's cake time but say nothing about gift time, so my lil granddaughter sat and opened one gift and our server came up AND said you got to go, SHE was heartbroken that she had to wait until we got home to open the rest, mainly because most her lil friends couldn't come home with us. I think they should schedule time for that just like they do the rest of the activities Not ok especially after Paying over 250$ close to 300$ for the party, and that doesn't include the extra pizza and food and drinks for the adults. Although the place was nice enough when you consider it caters to kids, But making us leave with less than 5 minutes' notice leaving an 8-year-old crying well it's time they redesign how they host their parties include opening gifts like you do everything else. PLEASE, IT'S HARD ON A GRANDMA TO SAY SORRY LOVE BUT YOUR FREINDS WILL HAVE TO MISS OUT ON THAT PART ALL BECAUSE CHUCK CAN'T BE BOTHERED ANYMORE YOUR TIMES UP KIDS MOVE ALONG. Let's just say the workers were a little hyper vigilant in making sure you weren't enjoying amenities that you didn't pay for. When we did something we weren't supposed to like using the wrong socks for the jumpy area, they told us that they caught it on camera and to make sure we were using the proper socks. However, they made us show them wristbands to ensure that we paid to use the jumpy area. If you could see on the camera that they had the wrong socks on why couldn't you see on the camera that we paid for wristbands to use the trampolines? As a customer, it's never fun to deal with someone who is accusing you of lying or stealing. A simple check in the system or cameras would have shown that we paid for the wristbands even if the kids didn't have them on.
