Stayed 1 night to visit family on our way back from a whitewater rafting trip. Got to the hotel late and booked a 1 bedroom suite to accommodate my Sister in law on a pull out couch. We would have left if it was midnight. Couch was so filthy we wouldn’t even sit on it let alone have her sleep there. Had to take her back to Vacaville 10 minutes away so she could stay at families house. Crusty something on side tables, greasy hand prints on windows, something all over the top of the refrigerator. It’s just not clean at all. Bathroom door didn’t lock or even latch to close. Shower dripped all night which was super annoying. We were more comfortable and had cleaner accommodations on our camping trip. Surprised Marriott puts their name on this property. I can overlook the weird layout and dated furniture but for 200 a night, we’d at least expect a clean room with baseline maintenance completed. Don’t let the Marriott name fool you… this is very much a road side motel. Lots of better options in the area! Would never stay here or recommend a stay here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review Courtyard by Marriott – Fairfield, CA I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Fairfield for a leisure trip and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect—just off the freeway, making it super easy to get around. I was able to visit outer wineries and nearby spots in under 10 minutes, which made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, and I actually slept better here than I do at home! The room was very comfortable, clean, and well laid out. I especially appreciated how spacious the property was—it even has conference rooms and meeting spaces, which is a great bonus for business travelers or small events. They also offer coffee and breakfast in the morning, and the service was fast and friendly. There’s also an In-N-Out nearby, which was a fun and convenient food option. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Whether you’re here for business or just a relaxing getaway, this hotel checks all the boxes!

I have stayed in Marriott properties, mostly due to the reputation for having a standard of quality and cleanliness. This property is not typical. My guess is that the lobby and restaurant portion of the building is a new structure they built and added onto an old condo or apartment complex. While the rooms were clean and had been remodeled with nice looking carpet, cabinetry and finishes that are of the Marriott quality - the room we stayed in (401) smelled of stale and musty smoke (a non-smoking room). The ceiling and wall had signs of moisture damage. The bathroom shower fixture was ready to pop off and the room had a patio but no furniture (bizarre). The pool was operable, but the hot tub had been offline for over a month, with no solution in sight (a false advertisement of amenities). This room did not hold up to the standard of quality I expect of the Marriott name. The staff were friendly and customer oriented. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Absolutely horrible service. Checked us in for 105$ at 1am and didnt even bother mentioning the deposit requirement. When we went to book another 2 nights, they accused me of using counterfeit money, that was just recieved from the Wells Fargo banking branch, and refused to take other currency. They also made it a point to make these accusations in front of other guests. Then when we suggested using part cash and part debit because we didnt have the full amount on the debit account but had the rest in cash. They also claim that you have to pay a deposit for every night you stay which makes no sense what so ever. Then when we proved to them (via UV light) that our bills were in fact not counterfeit, they proceeded to tell us that the authenticity of the bills were not the issue, they just dont take cash. They literally would not give us any choice but to leave and this was for no real reason at all. They clearly were profiling my fiance and I, probably because we had all of our belongings with us. We are young, well dressed and clean individuals that just so happen to be in a tough spot because of the COVID19 pandemic and the incompetence of the EDD services, and have not controk over our situation, and they are heartlessly taking advantage of these unfortunate details to humiliate us and to make our situation worse. Not to mention, they refuse to give us our deposit back and claim that it will appear in our account in 2 days, but refuse to put that in writing or provide us with official documentation to insure that we will, in fact, recieve our money without any issues. We werent even at the hotel for 24 hours. Didnt damage anything or leave a mess. We didnt cause issues or bring unwanted attention to the location. We literally just wanted a safe place to lay our heads and rest, shower and have some pricacy, also just to finally relax and watch TV, organize our belongings and not worry about being on the streets. Prior to covid we were both fully employed and had a place of our own to live, which was all lost throughout this covid 19 mess and now we are being treated like we are transients by choice and like we are a nuisance to them and we are lowering their value due to their prejudice view of us and our abundance of luggage/belongings. They are over peiced anyways and are in a bad area of fairfield, and are clearly full of themselves because of their perceived self image which is overrated. Id give 0 stars if i could. I havent been so embarrassed and felt so humiliated in my life, being clearly profiled and pre-judged and made to feel as if our self worth was lesser than everyone else that are allowed to stay...

I have stayed at you property 3 times a year over the last 3 years while fulfilling my responsibilities for the Dept. of Defense out at Travis AFB. This stay was by far my worst visit to your property. On a positive note, I was able to check in early on the 15th. I was battling a cold and after my flight out from Oklahoma, I was not feeling well and was able to get some much needed rest. After the first day however, my stay got progressively worse. On Tuesday evening at approx. 5pm I left a wakeup call with the front desk for a 3:00 AM wake up call. I had to fly as an observer on a Navy aircraft for a major exercise and I needed to be at the aircraft at 5:00 AM to meet the aircrew and insure we had an on time Take Off at 05:30 AM. I silenced my cell phone so I would not be disturbed by text messages or phone calls because I had a scheduled 12 hour flight the next day. I normally will have my phone alarm set as a backup, but needed to ensure I had adequate rest prior to this long day. After falling asleep around 8:00 PM, I was awoken from my sleep repeatedly throughout the night by the air conditioner in my room (#409). It was making a loud rattling noise on and off all night, and finally had to pull out my room key from the wall to turn it off so it would stop making noise and it could try and get some sleep. As it turned out, I did not receive a phone call from the front desk at the requested time. I did however receive a phone call at 04:00 AM. When my room phone rang and I noticed that it was 04:00 AM vice 03:00 AM. Needless to say, I was pressed for time which prevented me from being able to take a shower and get some breakfast before it began my 14 hour workday. When I returned back to the hotel at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, I parked my car at the back off the parking lot to use the back elevator, as it was much closer to my room. When i tried to access the door to get in, neither of my room keys worked, which then caused me to drive up to the front to get keys that would allow me to get into the hotel and to my room. I was not scheduled to leave the property until Friday morning, so why my keys didn't work...

As an elite Bonvoy member, we’ve always had a beautiful clean, wonderful stay. However, this is our first horrible experience. I got a king suite for my parents and a double queen for me and my children and we drove onto the property and it gives the illusion in the front that this place as well count However when you drive to the side of the property, the lawn is horribly maintained all the windows on the side of the property are horribly dirty and when you walk into the lobby, it seems as if you are going to go into a beautiful room however when we got upstairs to the lobby The air was not on in the lobby so you can smell horrible pungent smells, and I checked my parents on and immediately there is the smell of death. Every couch and chair was soiled, you can’t imagine what begin to go through my mind. All the windows were dirty. Everything was dustyeven the carpet had stain. When we went downstairs to go check into room 310 the smell of an old man and cigarettes were. Even the carpet had stain. When we went downstairs to go check into room 310 the smell of an old man and cigarettes were in the air, we seen a baby roach in the bathroom. Everything was dusty in this room as well dirty windows one of the sheets were soiled with one stain it just gave off 1980s Mo tectal six experience. We will never stay at this place again. There was also breakfast upon purchase and because we made a complaint, my children were able to get breakfast at no cost, which breakfast turned out to be good. Also, the pool area had caution tape around it and so did the ice machines this property needs to upgrade and maintain. I can’t believe that we...
