Del Taco — Restaurant in Fairfield

I am so tired of whenever I come here whether it be 15mins or 10mins before “closing” there closed, I’ve worked in fast food for almost 6 years and ALWAYS close ON listed time at this point it seems like a skill issue to not be able to close when you’re SUPPOSED to and get out in time I understand BOTH sides of being a customer and an employee but if you’re getting paid to work you might as well earn your pay. And this specific moment I JUST drove to the speaker and someone responded but then said they’re closed and this was at 11:48 and when I asked you guys don’t close at midnight? No answer but then I see 3/4 cars parked outside. I work in Vacaville and get off AFTER 11 pm and the del taco out here closes at 11 and my family wants Del Taco I drove all the way to the Cordelia location and it almost NEVER fails that they’re “Closed” meanwhile they’re business sign advertises it’s open. I absolutely love this Del Taco! They have tacos that I thought were delicious. When I discovered that they had Turkey on the menu, boy I was surprised. Turkey is much lower in calories and fat than hamburger. I love that about Del Taco's menu. Having this option on the menu really brings them up in my esteem. I think it's high time fast food restaurants got smart and I can really give kudos to Del Taco for this. The trees now see inside of the restaurant was immaculately clean as was the ladies rooms. The personnel were helpful and friendly, competent, accurate, professional. That is a lot to say about fast food workers in this day and age. The outside of the restaurant, like the inside cama was clean Nate, and well hepped up Bottom line I will very likely come back to this restaurants again. Stopped coming to this location 5 yrs ago due to lack of basic good service, recently retried , after first few visits, today again received VERY BAD customer service.1) messed up veg order( beans vs beef)- when approached, got an arrogant attitude, as if obliging me, 2) As Del yeah Reward loyal, when tried redeeming offers in restaurant- Honor only one when previously a week ago was up to two per order. They want honor even when separate order placed meeting all requirements. Manager/ supervisor was not around for clarification, " Don't know if manager is around" was the response. & Finally when specifically ordered three crunchy taco ,a Tuesday special, received only TWO vs Three, So again had to approach and deal with brash, arrogant, non caring attitude as if a robot is serving human kind. Hope owner of this location (franchisee) & corporate PR dept head, reads this without ignoring to provide better service...
