Restaurant is nice and cozy. We sat near the bar and the evening was buzzing with chatter and TV's from the bar but not too loud. We arrived with a party of 6. Now to the food....... The Thai Prawns in Coconut curry was not good at all. OK. Now that is out of the way. The Filet Tips Mushroom Risotto was very good. My 2 buddies had burgers and they were devoured. The garlic fries and the truffle fries were average. The Lumpia was very good to. We were having a blast, laughing and enjoying conversation. We are not a quiet group but not obnoxiously loud either. It's hard to hear because of all the noise. Some tables were quiet while others were in my opinion the same volume as our table. Our waitress was not friendly from the get go. Then the waitress walks up and tells us to be quiet 🤫. We could not believe what we just heard. We all were very irritated 😤. The waitress was smart by taking her tips before rudely asking us to be quiet. At first, we attempted to be quiet but we could not hear each other so we went back to having fun. Suggestion: if you are a happy and fun group, you may want to consider going elsewhere. If there are just 2 of you, then you should be fine. That was my first and maybe last experience at Two60 Kitchen and...
Read moreI had my 40th birthday celebration dinner here. I heard great things about the food and I'm always down for a new experience. I worked with the Events Manager, Lisa to coordinate my 34 guests. She was great from brginning to end! Answering all my emails, text messages and crazy requests like a champ! I was able to choose an array of appetizers: lumpia, veggie spring rolls, dry rub chicken wings, Tuscan chicken bruschetta, and Brussel sprouts. .. this was also accompanied by a spring salad with a vanilla vinaigrette or ranch dressing. For the entrées my guests had the choice of a Braised Short Rib w/Mashed Potatoes and veggies, Pulled Pork Sandwich w/Fries, Blackened Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo, and Fish & Chips. I was so busy hosting I didn't get to take pictures or eat my dinner until after I got home. (I was able to go to the bar after everyone had gone home and I ordered a Sangria and dry rub chicken wings).
The food surpassed my expectations, especially that Short Rib 🤤 our waitress was AAMMAAZZZIINNNGGGG she made sure the guests had what they needed, friendly, and conscientious about her work and customer service!
I owe them a go back for sure LOL I heard the bread pudding is...
Read more5 star service. 2.5 - 3.5 stars for the food. We had the calamari app, a bowl of the soup of the day which was clam chowder, the fish and chips (upgraded to garlic fries) and comes with a mango Cole slaw and the Korean fried chicken sandwhich with fries (you can sub fries for a salad.) The Calamari was kind of bland tasting and their version of the cocktail sauce to me was...weird. The clam chowder was pretty good but they were a little heavy on the salt. I regretted ordering the fish and chips. The fish was over cooked and dry but the breading was crispy although bland and needed salt. The garlic fries were good but were also very salty which I ended up dipping the fried fish in the extra garlic oil on the plate from the fries. The mango slaw was decent but wished it was colder as to be a refreshing bite..cant recall ever having a good room temp salad. The Korean fried chicken sandwich was the best thing we ordered.. the gochujang based sauce on the chicken tasted great. I Will definitely go back to try their other menu items however I think I'll stay away from anymore...
