Subway — Restaurant in Fairfield

Hit or miss at this location! I went Sunday and Monday morning for the same thing and it was fine. The ladies were lovely. However tonight I went for the same thing at 6:45, and the lady who made my food was rude as hell. And the dipper I ordered was literally not even half of what the other women put in it so it was mostly flatbread and it was not wrapped properly so it came apart when my daughter ate it and it wasn’t wrapped in the outside package like the other times I’ve gotten it at the subway on base or here. If I come back and she’s there she better watch her attitude. And that’s why you don’t get tipped! If you don’t like your job then don’t do it. i was just at this Subway cause i was going to eat in my spare time. Big mistake!!! The indian lady had an attitude....while she helped someone else, she pulled out the bread she was going to use for my sandwich...in the meantime while she finished their order I watched a fly settle on my bread and walk all over it. I notified her while she was helping the other guest while the fly was still there. She comes to serve me and tries to use same bread. When I said something abiut it she tried to elude that all the other customers got the same bread. I walked out!! She had the nerve to try to act like i was giving her a hard time and that she was serving the fly bread to everyone. Its a shame this place is serving our military personnel. I APPRECIATE...

Worst experience at subway. Never coming here again. My boyfriend and I came in to get some food. First red flag was the fact that a guy came in and had to have his sandwich recut. They can’t even cut their sandwiches properly. The second was their attitude and I could barely hear them when they talked. The nail in the coffin was the HAIR that my boyfriend found in his sandwich. And when he went to go have it remade they basically said “prove it” “we don’t believe you”. And then when he pulled the hair out they finally remade it after giving him a hard time. Don’t go here. Horrible customer service. And clearly need to wear hairnets.
