Tried to come and enjoy the food based on the reviews with a group of friends. We didn’t even get halfway through the door when the lady who was sitting us became extremely rude over someone having a cup of ice. Signs say no drinks however it was our first time there so we didn’t know until arrival. As we were searching for a place to dispose of the cup of ice and some of my friends were still entering the lady continued to be rude and yelled at us about the door being held open for the other people entering. Not from Fairfeild but i visit at least twice a year and eat here everytime! The owners are the service as well and they are attentive and we always have a great conversation. Ive had their breakfast, the owner made a personal mickey mouse pancake for my daughter, and the french toast was amazing. My go to is always the kebabs though. The house made hummus, with warmed pita, roasted red peppers and tomatoes, butter rice and chicken is divine! Family run restaurant with some American dishes that I cannot review. I always order Turkish or Mediterranean inspired dishes. The kebabs are always very good, the hummus is so good thatt my wife ate nearly all on her plate. Breakfast was great with some interesting egg options. I just want to keep going back for more.
