AMAZING! This used to be the typical place to hangout on Friday and Saturday nights 35+ years ago. Now the conversation is about grandkids, retirement and aching bones. Still great atmosphere, wonderful servers and fast service.

Good pizza, good service and in a historic building. Lots of pictures of local scenery. Bathroom is not handicap friendly but it is a historic building.

The food was all fresh. I had the chicken alfredo small and it was great. I would come here again!

I dined in with my partner and a friend about 4 months ago now. I absolutely love their pizza and it was my first time dining in. I work in the food industry myself so I understand when it’s a busy night and things happen and take longer than usual. The waitstaff were super nice and the food came out great as usual. However, my group and I went to go grab ice cream at the end of our meal, and as I was filling my cone up the ice cream fell before I could put it into a bowl. I quickly caught the ice cream in my BARE hands looking for a way to clean it up myself. I did not want to have to cause a scene and was just going to clean it up myself. Then all of a sudden this rude woman comes up behind me YELLING at me about how much of a mess I had made. I had gotten a little ice cream on one other clean bowl. She yanked the napkins away from me as I had melting ice cream in my hand. I finally got a napkin once she put the container back and was told to walk away and go sit down. For the rest of our stay she glared at me for the rest of the night and loudly talked about how dumb I was. I was in such shock as I have never seen such blatant disrespect to customers. I love the pizza, but cannot support a business that treats customers with such hostility and little respect.

EDIT: I would NEVER make up or accuse any restaurant of foul play if I didn’t have to. I personally have been working in the restaurant industry since I was 16. I know the ins and outs and know how hard some nights are. But some people don’t belong in the industry and IT SHOWS. Don’t continue to be rude to people leaving HONEST reviews. If there’s a collective problem with 1 person maybe you guys need to reevaluate her...

The wait staff is so very nice & I feel sorry that they have to deal with the owner's wife. She is just RUDE. She treats people terribly whether you're staff or customers. Last time we were here to pick up pizza to go She talked so poorly to the sweet waitress trying to ring us up on the register I was honestly surprised to see the same waitress when we went for dinner tonight.. Tonight they gave us an empty Styrofoam cup that we didn't end up needing for our food, I was going to put ice cream in it because I didn't want to eat the cone & she literally wouldn't let me. What is the difference if she's going to throw the cup away after we leave anyhow? Totally crazy. Unfortunately her husband's business will suffer from her attitude.

EDITED BECAUSE OF OWNERS RESPONSE- We were already given a Styrofoam container for our leftovers and didn't need it for our food. We did not ask for a to go container. We asked for a plastic spoon. You can try and justify your bad attitude but it doesn't make it any less ridiculous. The cup is going in the trash either way. So you would have been out one plastic spoon. If that's a reason to be rude to your customers I feel...

I will never eat here again after observing a horrible exchange between the owner's wife and one of their cooks (on Christmas Eve, too!). Not sure what happened initially, but judging by the way the owner's wife was screaming, one of the cooks had accidentally dropped the sausage for their pizzas, and they wouldn't have more for another 30 minutes; I suppose the owner makes it himself. I heard the cook apologize, many times, before he finally stood up for himself and asked her to not to speak to him like that. I agree with the cook, NO ONE should be humiliated in front of a full restaurant for an accidental food dropping. In full view of the restaurant, this horrible woman told the cook to go home (and it was a busy evening). I suppose she doesn't like being contradicted and is used to treating her employees like garbage. I've given my business here for many years, but I have no problems taking my business somewhere where employees are treated with more respect. I will also be telling my colleagues and friends to avoid this restaurant. No employee deserves to be treated the way this poor cook was. What a...
