Low stars is due to the service provided more than anything. Food was good 👌 (except as in some cases, there was a hair in my food!) To start... they never brought chios and salsa until half an hour later. We got our drinks after 15 minutes after bugging them a few times. (2 servers came and neither couldn do it right or get it We actually got up to get them ourselves! Food took over an hour and they weren't really busy. My plate was delivered to another table by mistake so I had to wait to have another one done. By then the other food was luke warm and brought out as is. My partner had his plate and ate before I did. His food was almost cold and the grease layed at the top. (The Birria. It was good) While we waited, we had a few beers, a homeless person made herself in an grabbed my beer and walked out with it! My caldo de 7 mares... seafood... came out. It didn't have the 7 seafood items. It's overly priced for not having crab and and something else... (I don't mind paying the price when it has all the seafood it claims to have but it did not have crab) I waited so long for my order for it to have come with a hair which I brought it to their attention. They took forever to bring out requested condiments as well. When I talked to them about it at check out, they were happy to not charge for the beer the homeless person took. But when it came to the seafood plate... they were going to give me a discount. I was ok with that. One 9f the cooks made me feel bad about it saying I should be embarrased for it! That was the last nerve I had! There was 2 waitresess at the register... taking forever. I got frustated and i said I would walk out if they didn't acknowledge me or charged me. Then they took care of me a.s.a.p. Their servers need training! Owners need Customer service...

I ordered two tacos one tostada and a harmonica the the waitress trying to charge me $36 and when she found out I was painting cash she said oh no it's another price and charge me 21 the service there is horrible the food is excellent I asked for a refill when I was leaving no refill they wanted to charge me full price for your drink the servicer is horrible I will never ever return back there again this place is horrible
