El garachito store — Local services in Fairfield

Walked into store today, the 2 hispanic women working were too involved in their conversation than to help customers. After taking my items to register I questioned the total because I thought it was too high ( this has happened on 2 other occasions at this same store!).....so I checked the reciept right next to the cash register. There was an item that they charged me $5 that I didn't remember.......so I immediately asked what was $5? The rude lady said it was a small like Tupperware item, I looked at it before when I picked it up off of the shelf it looked like $2 ..... It was upside down!.... and wrote with a black sharpie 5$....so upside down looks like $2! I said I would not buy it at $5 , they said there was no returns and no exchanges.....and absolutely no refunds! I lost it! I have tolerated terrible service from these 2 hispanic women many times before and today was not the day! They arbitrarily give higher discounts to Hispanics and even with big signs on window saying 50% off everything except new arrivals, they do substantially lower on anything they want!
