We tried THIS Starbucks, needless to say that we were targeted by the Barristers who got into my private conversations with my sister and a woman asking me for computer help in this store and then started talking about all the lies they were writing down about us AFTER I mentioned the words "Jesus" and "Jewish Council" because I am doing research that includes those subjects. It seems that the goal in Starbuck store is to do defamation to ONLY CHRISTIANS has been our CONSTANT AND CONSISTANT EXPERIENCE WITH THESE STORES IF THIS CORPORATION. The Barristers remarked that we were CHRISTIANS and suddenly everything seemed to go bad and go 'South'-- that's all it took for the Barristers to act up and express and act out their thoughts and feelings towards us. After some time, at least TWICE, I asked them to STOP getting involved in my private conversations and saying that they were writing their lies down about us because of our faith !! THIS IS JUST ANOTHER STORE THAT IS VOCAL ABOUT THEIR HATE FOR THOSE OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH ! Here is what the Barristers male and female said -- and we were minding our own business, staying calm and quiet, etc.:
Hannah is terrible. Starbucks has a policy: if you have coffee at their store, you can get your 2nd cup at a discount (same visit). I got coffee at this location and then went to my car to make some important business calls. I went back in to get another cup and she rudely told me "We don't do that at this location." After pressing her and telling her every store I go to across the country has the same policy she acquiesced and rang me up a second cup at a discount. If you don't do that at this store, then why was there a button to give me my refill? I spent 15 years in the restaurant industry as waiter, host and manager. She was rude from the start, had no displayed refill policy to refer to, had a button to press for refills and made my coffee in obvious contempt. I went and threw my coffee away. She could have started it off politely, but she brought the vibe in the whole store down. She needs a learning opportunity in customer service. I won't be visiting this...
Read moreOne of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to in my life I've been here three times three out of three times they have not had items on the menu that they are supposed to have the third and final time was the straw that broke the camel's back not only were they extremely slow I set in a 4 car drive-thru that literally took us 25 minutes not only that it's like the people taking your order have some kind of mental disorder Down syndrome or something they could not understand what you are ordering not only that I even seen one of the people preparing the coffee picking their nose the last time I will ever be at this Starbucks and as long as there's a Dutch Bros around I will never return to Starbucks watch out people this place is disgusting and poorly ran the manager of this location...
