McDonald's — Restaurant in Fairfield

I was there on Friday December 23rd around 2pm. It took me 45 minutes from the time I ordered inside to get one hamburger. Several of others longer even over an hour. Large group of customers dissatisfied inside due to excessive time to get food and or order being wrong. People coming inside after being through the drive thru with same complaints long wait and or wrong food given to them. One elderly man went through drive thru then had to come in to get his order corrected. He finally got it a second time it was still wrong and said he had been there 1 1/2 hours from the time he got there and just taking the wrong order then left. One lady yelled "wheres my order I've been here right at an hour and no food !" Another lady said her husband came in from the drive thru to see why order was taking so long. She then came in too because he had been inside so long so her, her son and friend came in because -5 below zero out and they were getting cold and upset. She said been at there over an hour and no food. A guy was waiting and an employee told him that they got his order wrong, were issuing him a refund and preparing his food now. One lady yelled that her order had been on the board as being prepared for 50 minutes and where was it ? An empoyee came out and yelled that it was Christmas weekend and they were extra buzy. I ask a lady that had been waiting about 30 minutes when did a Friday become a weekend and she shook her head. The door dash delivery guy was standing with 2 large bags of food for over 10 minutes waiting for one more bag so he could deliver. The place was one chaotic mess. I determined half the people inside were upset at their drive through service. Most over an hour to get food. I didn't see anyone that was pleased with the service. I felt one of the lucky ones to get out in 45 minutes but I just ordered a single hamburger and...

I have many complaints at the Fairfield ia McDonalds location. There was literally one worker that was wearing an any form of hair coverage via hairnet which is required in food service as well as the same worker bless his soul was the only one wearing gloves. We got our order was missing 7 orders of nuggets as we got 7 of the $5 meal deals and no one received their nuggets. We were highly confused when McDonalds started putting tomatoes on their sandwiches ( that’s a Burger King thing) I just now took a bite of my sandwich Ik like 7 hrs after I ordered 🤦‍♂️ they gave me spicy chicken sandwich, I cannot eat spicy food at all big mistake on their part. They need to understand when people order specific things it is importance to get it right due to allergies and inability to have spicy food. They absolutely were not busy and every order being made was messed up their were customers lined up due to their orders being wrong or not even receiving their did in 30 min for something as simple as an elderly man waiting that long for a darn fish sandwich. It takes 5 seconds to put out of order on a soda machine and I only say that bc it had been a month since we had been there and the same machine was still not working and no sign to tell a customer that, only looking like an idiot a million times and neither machine had ice so we got hot soda. I do not know who is in charge of this location but they are failing miserably. It is a team work environment everyone needs to step up and get the orders out. And for God sake put on your gloves and hair nets no one wants to eat the dirt under your nails or your hair...

After waiting in drive-thru for almost an hour, we finally got to the front window, at which time we were given two different orders from other customers before finally being asked what our order had been. I explained two times that we had two 6 piece kids meals, a big mac meal, a two cheeseburger meal, an extra medium fry, And two plain mcdoubles. The employee at the window handed us one happy meal and told us to have a nice night. I explained that we still had another happy meal, two regular meals, a medium fry, and two mcdoubles left to get. Not to mention that we hadn't gotten ANY of our drinks. He said okay and came back to the window with two mcdoubles and a medium fry and told us to have a nice night. I explained to him two more times that we still had a happy meal and two regular meals coming, and that we still needed our drinks. He looked confused and started repeating our order back to us wrong at which time my husband told him that we would just drive around and come in. When my husband went in to retrieve our order, the employee at the counter, which was just on his second night and didn't even have a name tag, did an amazing job of making sure we had what we were suppossed to. Im not sure what was going on tonight but our service, other than the employee at the counter inside,...
