Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fairfield

My wife was picking up or food when a young boy Jordan, dumped our food in her lap. The bag tore when he was handing it to her, which hey things happen. But it's how you proceed from there that counts. And he didn't seem to care, but he did say he was sorry. Add he was just going to leave it that away, my wife had to ask for help and a bag to put them in. Use a larger bag instead of the smallest ones yall have. Three foot long coney's in a little bag. WOW REALLY!! He goes in grabs a bag and hands it to her, have a good night like our food wasn't ruined. GUESS WHAT $26.59 of chili and cheese everywhere. Call up there and talk to Piper Rutledge, she also apologized. But then she says I hope you don't think he did it on propose. No I think he knew the bag was torn and didn't care, and proved it. The manager was defending him, instead of hearing our complaint. It turned into we'll never go back, cause I'm not giving my money to people that treatyou like whatever. If they'll dump it in your lap in front of you, I wonder what's acceptable with your food when your not looking. Thanks for ruining my food and not offering anything in return. McDonald's here I come cause yall are...

As someone that has moved from california to texas my expectations weren't to high. Compared to other fast food restaurants in Fairfield this is a diamond in the ruff.The car hops where very nice and very welcoming. The chefs are great cooks the cheese burger I order was SUPERB I could taste everything on the burger, nothing was too powerful or too weak. Back to the car hops, I believe they should get a raise why you may ask well because it's in rural texas and I've seen how they've been treated by some of the other customers but they push through to deliver some delicious food and to put on a smile and a nice greeting. The franchise owner should seriously consider giving this sonic an upgrade and raises to the employees here. over all I would choose to eat here over checkers or McDonald's that's also in town. On my own rating I would give it 10/10 I'm a bit of a burger connoisseur of fast food restaurants this easily top three after The Habit and In n out, but since those don't exist out here in rural texas this will always satisfy me and remind me...

This place is fine. My main gripe would be that when one of the pull in order menus is down, it would be helpful to put a cone in that space to keep people from parking there until it's fixed.

My main gripe is still valid (see above). Today, the slush machine was down after I had ordered and paid with the app. Management went out of their way to make sure everything was adjusted correctly on my payment card. Great service! However, I wasn't impressed with the popcorn chicken. It was more like square chicken than popcorn and...
