Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fairfield

We ordered dine in but also had a free taco deal on the mobile app so also ordered that mobile. One of the ladies making the food yelled into the restaurant if we ordered online and said need to order in store, it messes up the system. We tell her that we ordered because the deal was online only but ordered the rest of our food in store. She angrily walked away. The cashier then tried looking up our order but was unable to and only saw them on the order screen. We were sent back to wait. We were talked about the whole time. We never received the mobile order and went to counter to ask and the lady said we already got it. We showed that we didn’t and she said that’s why we told y’all not to mobile if you’re in the store because our system is messed up and we are not receiving orders. We were not told this and Our order was placed before we even got there. There was no sign stating mobile order was not working and many others were ordering mobile and receiving their orders. We ended up walking out without our mobile order because they seemed like they didn’t want to...

The food is always good but I have had a issue with their drinks on several occasions. Their tea tastes like the container never gets cleaned and many times their sodas are out of syrup but they never notice until someone returns to tell them. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes the person at the window is very friendly and others are not exactly rude by not friendly at all and seem like they want to deal with you as fast as they can and close the window as fast as possible. Just a helpful hint to the crew, a smile and a friendly hello can take your custom service a long way. You are the face of the company, make a good impression and treat it like its your name on the line. On a side note I really wish Taco Bell would bring back the Mexican Pizza and green salsa, its was my favorite item...

This place is my favorite place to eat.very good service, the people are always nice and recognize me as a regular, David is always very welcoming. Ever since Shaina started working here, it kind of "watered down" my love for this place though. She is always very rude and snappy. And she just stands around yelling and cussing on her phone and I waited on my coffee for literally 20 minutes the other day and when I told her she said "ok" and walked off then after another 10 minutes I was asking for the other woman so I could ask her to make it and Shaina was very rude and quick to ask why. Eventually I got my coffee but at that point I didn't even want it. She always ruins my day when I come here, otherwise it's my favorite...
