Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Fairfield

I go here on a regular basis since there isn't much in town to choose from and I work in Fairfield. I had multiple issues on my visit around 1pm. First in the drive-through the ladies that answer the speaker/outdoor mic. One will greet you politely and ask if you would like something random from the menu. Meanwhile the second lady EVERY single time jumps in mid sentence and says order when your ready. No politeness or professionalism just cuts the other lady off every time. It's super confusing I have even asked multiple times why this occurs. Second when I got to the window they immediately tried to send me back to the stop sign. They had not even taken my money yet, confirmed my order or given me my beverage. Lastly the fries were still cold in the middle as if not fried long enough, the toast was only partially toasted on one side. The nacho cheese I had ordered was just water with a small amount of cheese in it. Also their fried cheese was undercooked. This place is outdated and obviously has no management to keep customer service and quality control as a priority. No to mention the indoors poor condition. Worst Dq around from Tyler to...

At 830 I ordered my food and was served an incomplete order. Only missed my fries. I ate my food thinking they are going to bring me my fries. When I was finished I took my receipt up their at 903 asking them if I was not going to get my fries that I was served an incomplete order and have been waiting on my fries . The cashier proceeded to tell the cook and he claimed they would be ready in a minute. I went back to my table and nothing. My family completely finished their food. So I went to tell the manager. She asked me who took my order I told her it was a male the only male in their claimed it was not him. Then the cook claimed she never was told anything. The managers excuse was that the server was new and they had too many tickets at one time. She proceeded to offer to refund my money. I explained to her it's not about the money. You need to have some shadowing her and reminding the new girl to check the receipts before bringing someone...

This is my favorite dairy Queen on the planet.

The owners are my favorite parent company from my small town next door. 7 miles which has closed.

but this particular dairy Queen taste identically like the one I grew up eating.

And I've tried dairy Queen's almost all over the country.

What I I realize what the difference is it's the bread it's the meat and it's the mayonnaise.

A completely taste different than anywhere else in the country.

And since we're having this virus going around. I don't know why but they're offering free loaves of Sunbeam white bread.
