Subway — Restaurant in Fairfield

Aghast, To my utter dismay, After I STOPPED using subway 5 years ago, Recently I bought their promotional gift card( buy $25 and receive $5E-Gift card in addition). While redeeming it at store in Fairfield CA, clerk could not scan the bar code( 3+ attempts), and told me " IT IS NO GOOD". I tried reaching out to customer service ( failed), head quarter ( failed, online " contact us " ( failed), I felt stranded and saw similar issues dating back to 2020. This review is NOT about food itself but their marketing, redeeming, IT failures, & Most importantly providing NO SUPPORT to their loyal patrons or otherwise. Simply put, Unable to contact for help, & Subway ignores this shamelessly to carry on business as usual. Smart reviewers will know the recourse of actions. No wonder, once a darling, now not in bucket list...

Horrible experience, they just bold faced lied to me. Came to get dinner and when I went to pay the tall guy tried to say they don't accept EBT, I asked if they were part of the Restaurant meal program, he said no. The he tried to say it was the other subway down the road that accepts it, he said it was the same owner. I told him no, it clearly shows here(showed him my phone) on Google and the reviews. Be still chose to continue with his lies, then he started yelling at the girl working the register in another language, because she was trying to help us. Also the tall guy was just sweeping and mopping with now gloves, and now as we speak is behind the counter making sandwiches. It's a shame!!!...

Y'all GOT to get rid of that Mexican Bit that looks like an Aztec. Black hair, sorta fat & real dark. Wish I knew her name. Huge attitude everytime I use to go in there for lunch. Shes been working there for toooo long, and she knows it. Today was the LAST straw as i caught her touching my bread without gloves. After demanding a new one, she threw the old one to the side with such unprofessionalism, to add insult to injury she proceeded to skimp on my veggies. After confronting her about that, & being told it's an "xtra charge" for extra produce, when she BAAARELY PUT ANY IN. I walked out. Never again. I'll proudly tip & spend my money at another subway establishment,...
