Vicini's New York City Pizzeria — Restaurant in Fairfield

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I have been a customer of this place for years. Never again! Today I decided to pick up a pizza and a cup of soup. Unfortunately, this cup of soup would consume the next two hours of my life. Apparently the brainiacs at this place decided it was ok to put a wet cup of soup into a thin paper bag. Well I'm sure everyone outside of this dump understands what happens to paper when it gets wet. You guessed it. I reached over to pick up the bag only to see the soup immediately fall out of the bottom and explode all over my car. Complete nightmare. I called back and spoke with some lady who claimed that she was the owner. Being in customer service for 10 years, I know that talking to people with respect goes a lot further than flying off the chain like a lunatic. Well apparently she didn't get the memo. She immediately got defensive and implied that I was probably a bad driver and that it was my fault and she was not responsible. She said that if I brought back the empty cup of soup that she would replace it. She didn't even offer a refund! lol

I brought my smelly soup car to 5 Star Car Wash in Vacaville and got the completely oposite in terms of customer service. The manager was awesome. It usually cost around $110 to detail the inside of the entire car but since it was just my passenger seat and the center console he said he would do it for $25. I was thinking this would be perfect. The cold pizza I didn't get to eat cost me $26. I was willing to call it even if Vicinis would refund my meal. I called back and the owner again would not compromise at all and told me "GOOD LUCK" then hung up on me. Treating people this way is the reason this placed closed in Vacaville. They got ran out of town because of the terrible customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY DON'T...

This place looked good, I seen a friend on Snapchat post this pizza before. I was coming home from a wedding in woodland back to San Jose so I stopped in to try it out. I had my sons with me 7 & 2 years old, we ordered a large cheese pizza, 5 garlic knots, cannoli, fountain drink. Food: pizza was decent, garlic knots weren’t very good & the marinara wasn’t even worth eating, cannoli was solid

Service: cashier doesn’t have customer service he was a bit off with everyone. Also when I asked for a water cup he said they don’t give water cups they only sell bottles which is fine, his expression & body language after him asking me twice if I wanted to get a bottle off him was off putting. He also forgot to give my son his drink & after forgot to give us the cannoli, I had to ask for both

Atmosphere: the place is small so they can’t do much different however, the tables on the right side that was blocked off on Saturday night for no reason definitely could be open so more people can dine in. After spending over $50 bucks on food I’d like to eat it, I got little kids with me & I live 70 miles away. We had to wait 10 minutes extra after my food was ready to set down at a table

So angry at this place! That was the LAST TIME we eat there! We walk in hungry.after a Long, hard day, and we knew what we wanted. I was looking so forward to either Eggplant Parmigiano or Chicken Parmigiano. Hubby wanted a few Pizza Slices and maybe a small side dish. We ordered from their huge menu that hangs from the ceiling ,and a guy behind the counter points to a small sign on the counter. He then said; "we are out of Pasta and everything else; but this. The sign said; "Pizza, some Salads, Calzones and Desserts". Why didn't he tell us that while we waited for so long, as then heard us talk about what we wanted???! Then when the guy said the price, I thought my husband had ordered "2" Pizzas!!! For 1 large Puzza and 2 drinks, it cost over '$40.00"!!! WE. MAKE HUGE DELICIOUS, LOADED PIZZAS at Home!!! Vincini's Pizza was very typical in what was on it, soggy on the bottom, and they charged "$40.00". Good God! Support Local Restaurants? What are they doing for the Customers? Rude, High Prices, and Low Quality Products won't continue to bring in Customers. We'll continue to go to area Restaurants that we know that they appreciate...
