I have been a customer with boost since they bought out virgin mobile. with VM for 10 years. Last night I left the boost store on fairmont Ave with the worst customer service experience ever. I feel the staff must work on commissions because I was told we had to start on a 60 plan to start service for my daughter's new phone. And after 45 min and an in expected 35 dollar charge I was handed a bricked up phone and told tht if it doesn't start working in 15 min to call store and they would tell us how to restart it. Got home, restarted it numerous times. Logged into boost site and there simply wasn't enough money on account. I called the store and no one even answered. Well, I didn't have any problems changing the plan to the 35 plan myself.. or getting rid of the 7dollar phone insurance I didn't sign up for. Please let the staff that worked 3/9/21 eve shift know you lost a 3 person boost customer when it's new phone time and that most customers know when they are getting played.
