The customer service lady carries her self in a way that she does not care about you or your needs. She was very rude from the start,I felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone. I first asked if they had any specials or combinations for 2 dinners (most Asian cuisine places offer this),I wanted an egg foo yung dinner with an egg roll,a chicken teriyaki dinner with egg rolls and won ton soup as well for both dinners. She says no you have to order separately so I asked her if I could call her back so I could read the online menu and when I did lone and behold they have combination menu and dinner for 2 specials, both coming with fried rice, egg roll and won ton soup, exactly what I asked for! So I order my food again I'm being rushed to order, the lady is not paying me any attention,I ask do you have sprite she says "ok"... "Ok"? Then she ask anything else I say yes, sprite? After were clear on that I ask if I could pay with credit card she replies I need the number now,I felt like I was 8 years old. Then she says 30-45 mins,I don't know what takes so long considering they're less than a mile away from me but whatever ok,I didn't complain. An hour goes by I call and she says driver is just now leaving. Just now? Ok I didn't complain. It takes the driver 30 mins to show and when he does I gave specific directions to lady how to get in but I have to explain to the driver over my phone 3 times how to use the call box, he barely spoke English. An hour and a half and for this. The chicken tasted like TV dinner food, the egg foo Yung was burnt, the gravy was very thick and lumpy. Overall bad experience, I'll be going back to Jackie chens at kamms only reason I didn't this time is they don't deliver and my wife was feeling ill and wanted some take out. Thumbs down to...
Read moreI wish I could give it zero stars. I have had it with this place. Everytime I order, they say 25 min for pick up, I get there and have to wait an additional 15-20min. Even for the simplest order such as a lunch combo and soup. The lady usually has an attitude but today, surprisingly, she was quite pleasant. Everytime I go inside, it smells of sewage. The walls are quite dirty, the pictures and old security camera are caked in dust, the floors appear like they haven't been swept in weeks. They have also started selling makeup/beauty products (set on counter), and cheap looking toys (also set on counter). Are they slowly turning into a retail store? Food is not that great, have gotten black hairs in my food multiple times. The older guy once used his fingers to put green onion in the soup after handling money without washing his hands. Stay far away from this place!! Health dept should take a surprise visit, bet they would...
Read moreReally can’t do much about the atmosphere description because I always get takeout. When I lived in Fairview, I would either go get it, or have it delivered. And at the time when I first moved to Fairview Park, it was really good. But not so much by the time I left. And since I have moved to a new house just south of Fairview Park, I have ordered from China house three or four times, and it’s usually the same thing, beef with broccoli. When I first started ordering, The standard size rice for delivery was a pint, and it was more than a pint of your main pic so your protein and vegetables. Now you get a cup of rice, with enough protein and vegetables to make two servings, but enough rice for one. The quality of the food has gone slightly downhill.I can count on no hands the number of times that the beef has been tasty, and if there was enough sauce...
