Usually this place has great customer service but since they changed some employees the place isn't the same. I have been rushed more than once when placing my order. Today when my husband and I were placing our order he ask for his drink and food and I placed my juice on the counter and we were immediately given a total. Not "is there anything ?" Not that anyone should have to ask but, if you'd give me another second I could have placed my order for food. I didn't add my food to the order being as obviously the girl had better things to do than take the rest of our order because the place was soooo packed with zero other customers. Then once her and another employee were able to get back to doing a whole lot of nothing all I heard was "G-d there's always an issue with that woman's drink". Read moreI came here for the first time because I was doing laundry at the laundromat down the street. Never again! I got the same iced coffee I always get, with the exact same items in it, and exact same size. They charge literally $2 more than the three other locations I go to, where I live which is only about 20 mins away. He acted surprised when I questioned it. Of course I’m going to question it. Would you not question it if you get the exact same thing just about every other day and all of a sudden you go to a different location and it’s $2 more.
What can you expect I guess, it’s right next to Rocky River. I guess they don’t mind ripping off the rich. I would hope they pay their employees a substantial higher hourly rate since their prices are way more. $5.50 to $7.45.

Read moreI am very disappointed with this location the last 2 times I've gone the service has been horrible. Employees are rude, they have sent me away with out my meal and I had to go back, I had to throw my entire meal away due to raw bacon, and my beverage being wrong. I've called the location and the manager then said "We will get it right next time". Then I emailed corporate who advised that the issue would be handled by Sam the store manager, who emailed me and asked that I call him.
