Dunkin' — Restaurant in Fairview Township

Whoever the petite, middle aged woman with the short white hair and glasses is could use a course in human decency. I know working fast food/coffee shops is tough, and people aren’t the kindest, but don’t be rude to people who aren’t rude to you. She referred to me to my face as the “girl on her phone” whilst shaking my drink at me. I was waiting for a few minutes in the pick up area waiting for my coffee, and she was yelling this from the cash register. The girl that took my order was extremely kind but this lady was miserable.

Am I not allowed to text while waiting for my order, especially if in the designated pick up spot? And not only that but you have my name - try using that. I didn’t leave a review based on this one experience because everyone has days, but my friend just texted me today and also had a rude experience with her. Takes one bad employee to leave a horrible taste...

Firstly we went through the drive thru, and ordered 2 hot caramel coffees one black with a shot of espresso and the other with cream and sugar no espresso. (yes at first i did say hot but i corrected myself nd said “not hot iced pls, my bad”) we get to the window and they tired handing us iced decaf coffees tryna say that that’s what we ordered. then they go nd make the hot coffee and they still said that we said decaf hot with an attitude and a girl cursing in the background. nowhere did we say we wanted decaf coffee, plus it doesn’t make sense to me that id want a decaf coffee...

The service is horrible. I made my order at the drive thru and they didn’t put two out of the 4 things on the tab but charged me $10 for a sandwich and hashbrowns, so i went in and politely said how i was missing two things from my order and they started giving me attitude for no reason at all. If you get a short black haired girl that is taking your order ask for someone else. She needs to get herself in check if she’s working at a worldwide...
