Blessed Mornings — Restaurant in Fajardo

Finally stopped in to try this new coffee spot, and we had a great time! The cashier was helpful and friendly and let us know that they were out of raspberry jam and sausage. That was a bit of a disappointment as we wanted to try their sandwiches that included jam. We will have to come back!

Our only food complaint was that the croissant bread they use doesn't seem like actual croissant dough; it wasn't flaky, and we wondered if they are using pillsbury canned croissants or something like that. However, the Mallorca bread (which I've included a picture of) was fantastic. I recommend the Psalms sandwich with an egg added--pretty sure it would be even better with the raspberry jam.

We were also impressed with how much fruit is included in the fruit side for only $2. Our toddler enjoyed it!

We also ordered iced lattes which were a solid choice (nothing too special, but nothing to complain about, either!)

Our toddler had fun playing with the games they have out on the tables: they do not currently have high chairs or bathrooms, so just be aware if you’re bringing a family. (I will update my review if this changes!)

They've done a good job making the atmosphere nice even though they’re close to a busy road. The well-shaded seating area and pleasant background music really help.

This is the best breakfast restaurant we have had during our trip- even better at the resort we are staying at. The drinks and food are so amazing. In search of a family friendly place to stop for coffee and some breakfast we happened upon Blessed morning.
