But it is better known for its Frappes. And they have every single imaginable flavor you can imagine. You must go and try it out in Fajardo. Great handmade homemade ice Frappe. Also a great restaurant on site We are locals from Comerio and this kind of concept made us feel proud. We we arrived at Oceans Frappe and the was delicious. The price is good too; nothing compared with the San Juan or Metro Area. My wife try the Nutella frappe and it was very refreshing. We were hanging around las Croabas Park about noon. Still you can see the concept is well thought and children will have a blast. We will come back again because the owner was really amassing and really nice and helpful. that is the good thing about this place small but big in heart and food treats. is a 5 star rating...

Absolutely amazing rolled ice cream and frappes! Everything is made from scratch right in front of you. You can mix and match flavors as you like, no need to pick one of the listed flavor combinations (I mixed coffee and cheesecake for my ice cream rolls). The guy behind the counter was super nice also! Patiently answered all my questions, and when I thought I had asked for M&Ms as a topping, he offered to add a few M&Ms on top of the Oreo that I had actually ordered.
