I have driven around the island in search of the best lechón out there, and boy did I find one of the best here. The variety and quality of food was top notch. My daughter and I are severe celiac and were able to eat without worry, lechón, arroz con guandules, rice and beans. We had a feast which is difficult to say when you live with celiac.
