Why the low stars... to start; it's sad that with the number of people working at this place, they are sooooo slow, it took me more than 30 minutes to be able to buy 2 desserts. Not to mention the few food serve penalties I found and saw regarding food preparation, cross contamination, and basically lack hand washing? I love my Pechu Sandwish and Biscuit Helado , but it's sad to visit the PR and see tourists upset because of how slow they are and the lack of cleanliness. I suggest you take your staff and train them well for a busy day. I do understand the high number of customers you serve, but work with your time and, most of all, communication with the customers. Waited 50 minutes for an 8 piece and 8 sides. The chicken was a little salty but not very greasy. The sides are all single sized which is fine but they were not filled up which makes it just a few bites at best. The tables and floor in the dining room were disgusting and after ordering, we noticed the kitchen floor was filthy and had puddles of water everywhere. Stopped in because we had driven by several times and noticed the dining room was always full of people and the line at the counter was always long so we thought it was good. Turns out part of the reason the line is always long inside is because the cashier takes a few orders and then has you wait while she helps put orders together. One and done with this place. Waited on line at the drive through for 20 plus minutes. When I get to the window no one says a thing and I wait another 5 mins at the machine. Finally make it to the drive up window thinking maybe something was wrong with their Systems. The woman at the drive through tells me she can’t make order because she was busy and couldn’t get to the machine in time and I should have waited. Then she proceeds to tell me she won’t take a large order at the window because I was going to stress her out and have the other customers behind me...
