Novas Cafe — Restaurant in Fajardo

Novas Cafe offers an amazing breakfast with some of the best coffee-based drinks in the area. To date, Novas had the best service we have experienced in Puerto Rico. We review Novas Cafe as follows:

Novas is an excellent breakfast/brunch spot, especially for those traveling to El Yunque Forest and toward the Ferry for Culebra or Vieques. While we would not leave San Juan simply for Novas, we highly recommend it to those within the area. It is well worth making a detour for within your traveling plans.

This place seems to be overlooked or maybe it's just new to the scene. Whatever the case may be, you will be surely impressed with the gastronomic delights in store. The Fajita plate is a beautiful pallette of flavors and one needs only to decide which ingredients belong on which tortilla (you get three). The Matcha Tea Pancakes have a beautiful consistency and flavor and are smaller and thicker than American pancakes. The eggs were very fresh and delicious. The white chocolate mocha is not to be missed, either. The interior of the cafe is very fresh, modern and clean. Service was met with a helpful smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone...
